Heart Chakra - Health and Healing

I'm continuing the chakra series and wanted to have a look at the heart chakra. I wanted to have a look at some physical challenges and healing techniques.  We can discuss crystals that can help to promote health in this area.

The heart chakra is located right in the center of the chest.  This is a powerful chakra where all emotions enter the body.  Higher vibe emotions travel upward, and lower vibe emotions travel downward to the solar plexus (which I discussed on a previous post).  People that have energy blocked in this area will notice they may feel issues with their heart, lungs, breathing, anxiety or panic attacks.  You may be sensitive to emotions, not sure how to move them, or are being bombarded with so many emotions that it is challenging to process them fast enough.

The heart is most times connected to the color green.  The frequency in the green spectrum can be soothing or healing.  The heart also connects to the color green in nature, therefore walking outside and being surrounded by nature can alleviate heavy emotions giving the result of energy flowing more freely.

Kava tea can be calming.  Aromatherapy of vanilla and/or arborvitae essential oil can be soothing.  You can also experiment with cypress essential oil.

When I'm reading for people and see this area blocked, many times I will be shown breathing techniques as a way to release this chakra.  Many streaming platforms offer free videos showing people doing different types of breathwork, so this may be something you would want to check out.  Yoga is also a great option.

Jade and jasper feel to be good stones to use during meditation or even carrying throughout the day.  Crystals alone won't unclear a blockage, but with mindfulness and intention they can be super effective.

And that is all I have for this post.  Please feel free to share your experiences or add to anything I've outlined.

Love and light,
Lynn

Often I come across information right before one of Lynn's readings that's directly related to her topic and this morning I was reading about the build up of plaque and calcification of arteries that cause heart attacks and how the vitamin K2 can break this down,as well as improve the health of teeth and bones. The best source for K2, other than vitamins, is fermented foods such as sauerkraut or pickles. Eggs would also be a good source however the k2 in eggs is diminished because most chickens are fed with grains rather than greens.

K2 might also help the myocarditis being caused by the jab, but do your own research.

The two times I had heart attacks awhile back were directly linked to my strong emotional reaction to crisis involving two close relatives whom I loved, so the mind body connection of heart/emotions is very powerful.

PS: a lot of things that doctors prescribe for the heart and bones, such as the blood thinner Curcumin and calcium for bone loss, do the exact opposite and both increase the build up of calcium deposits in the arteries, while calcium supplements and milk actually weaken the bones. Stick with the K2 and sauerkraut.

Thank you Lynn, this is so interesting about how emotions flow in different directions and get bound up...and then really affect the physical heart. Like an emotional metabolism. You have said before that ETs don't feel emotion like we do and that's one of the reasons they abduct us and do weird experiments...do those ET's even HAVE a heart chakra? Is it all shrunken like the Grinch? You also said that other beings (and animals) have different numbers and placements of chakras....

@Robert Great point, that is absolutely true, K2 does wonders for the heart. It moves calcium crystals away from the arteries and ligaments into places where it actually belongs. Vitamin D also helps with this. The best (most effective) source of K2 is actually grass fed liver and grass fed dairy...yum! But fermented foods are great too! Vitamin K2 was identified as Dr. Weston Price's mystery compound "Activator X" that kept natives peoples' teeth healthy and gave them a classically beautiful facial structure

@Dana, I love liver and the highest source of K2 comes from Natto: fermented soybeans which you can make cheaply at home buying organic soybeans and a Natto starter kit. Good Youtube video:

This article from the Weston A. Price Foundation is a great place to start getting a chemical understanding of K2 and its menaquinone forms (MK-4, MK-7, etc). The MK-7 natto form of K2 is promoted by the pharmaceutical and supplement companies because it is super cheap and easy to synthesize from soybeans (gross). I'm not saying natto isn't good for you, I'm sure it is, but there is a lot of propaganda and disinformation available on this subject from "credible" sources. Because there is a lot of money to be made, vitamins are crazy profitable.

Please read the article before you start eating a lot of natto... K2 in the MK-4 form is only found in grass fed beef, dairy and eggs. It cannot be properly synthesized and profited from, so there is not a lot of cash in it for "research." MK-4 is the only truly natural and "bioidentical" form that is needed. I'm not trying to hijack Lynn's post and have a debate with you but I feel strongly about this as a biochemist and don't want to spread more misunderstanding...

Thank you for bringing up this important subject.

Thanks so much for the comments! Great info!!

All beings have chakras, just some are smaller and have different placements, and the number of chakras can change...
