A. I just watched the video, and I agree. It's odd. The energy, the expression and overall feeling is very off. Leaders have been manipulated for decades, especially once the thirteen bloodlines emerged after the mud flood as a force to reckon with. These evil families have interjected themselves into most every area of current day life and plotted how to play the long game for their benefit. You will see them in banking, finance, legal, medical and political sectors. They learned how to rule and control from afar, but make no mistake they know what they are doing and they own the politicians and leaders as well. If you aren't with them you are against them, and we know what happens then (remember Hussein and Gaddafi?). 
The control comes in different methods. They use tactics such as blackmail, MK Ultra and more recently cloning. I get in this very odd video it was a MK Ultra scenario that left him "blank looking." He had handlers guiding his every move, especially during this very critical election time. The evil Powers chose Clinton and put a lot of time and effort sculpting him into what they wanted. He had youth, was charming and had charisma (when "they" turned it on). Nothing was left to chance.
We live in an illusion. Most things aren't what they seem, and when the evil bloodlines set their sights on something, it gets ruthless. In recent times this battle has become spiritual. Their time is coming. We can't focus on lowering morals to beat them at their own game, we have to rise above and beat them with goodness.

I got that Clinton is a Reptile. He didn't blink the whole time, but near the end with his eyes open, there is this sideways slit movement within the eyes. I remember one time seeing him in an interview getting angry or tense and his jaw on the side started to get a striped pattern over his flesh as if the hologram was slipping. I also met him at a book signing after his presidency was over and this friend was in line before me with his ten year old son and Clinton spent ten minutes talking to the kid and when it was my turn we spoke for a bit and he repeated the same phrase exactly as if he didn't remember saying it. The next day he was reported to have had a heart attack.
