Q. The above title is the topic/question... Still shaking my head...
A. Let me wrap my mind around this... So because more Caucasian people passed the test versus minorities, the test must be "ist." This is the ding-dong logic we live in now. In thinking about the court system my mind flashes to a quote from Tropic Thunder, but I'm sure that isn't status quo to say so I will refrain- but we all know it.
For something to be "ist" that must mean the study materials or subjects were only available to Caucasian people. This is complete insanity. This is just more BS that was concocted to demonize the white race and give special privilege to everyone else. No one ever prevented studying or prevented access to study material. And, no one looked at ethnicity and failed someone on the test solely on race.
If you didn't study or have the skillset, you don't belong in the position. Period! They have opened up the gateway to a whole lot of litigating and as a result people are being put in positions where they don't belong. If you don't know a rotor from a brake and want to be a mechanic, get some training. If you want to be a plumber and don't know a flange from a wax ring, sign up to be an apprentice. If you want to be a teacher then you have to pass a basic test or study harder - otherwise you don't belong in a classroom teaching kids when you yourself don't understand the subject matter!! What kind of teacher would you be? Clearly not one I'd want my kids exposed to.
These minorities have been manipulated by the evil of society to think they are oppressed by another race when they aren't. The amount of litigious action they are encouraged to do is what is truly oppressing them. Not only are undeserving people being put in positions because an employer is afraid they will be sued, a customer, client, patient, etc has to be concerned with the competence of the employee. It leaves people wondering if they were hired because they needed to fill a company quota. Did the minority surgeon get the position because the doctor office needed to give off a certain appearance? This is the world they are creating. It isn't fair to those minorities that have worked their asses off to get where they are- and there are a lot of them! My heart goes to those that are in this situation because it is not right!
They are NOT helping this group of people. You make people disrespect those that share in this logic of "free pass." Let people earn their role on their merit with no exceptions and no special treatment and all concerns go away. When you start to use other immoral motives, things come into question.
Thessalonians 3:10 For even when we were with you, we would give you this command: If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat.
We have gotten away from fundamental values of working for what we have. No job or value you add to society is too small. This is the lesson that we should teach our kids- this free pass shit is how great societies start to crumble. The point is we are merging away from work ethic, and looking more toward suing to steal from someone else's wealth. The world is abundant, and if you have a goal and work toward it, you will be taken care of.
Proverbs 13:11 Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.
This means if you steal, sue or try to take from someone you may gain wealth quickly, but it will not last and you will soon need another fix. God will see to it either through bad decisions or circumstance. People who want the easy path will not succeed, and even though the road can be a long one, it is worth it in the end.
Instead of reading law books to see how to circumvent logic and ethics, maybe these people that are part of the system or encouraging this behavior should pick up a Bible. It'd be a better use of their time.
Love, Lynn

Lawfare, pure and simple, but in woke NYC, where the rich don't EVER have to worry about a lazy or low IQ teacher being hired at their children's 70K annual private school, it's seems a logical ploy to further stupidify the working class to make them better wage slaves.
As that great philosopher but poor speller Uma Kompton recently posted about declining education standards when she was called in for a parent conference about an objectionable drawing her child made:
"No way I’m gonna be lectured about art by someone on the teachers celery."
@Robert: You are right.. They put low standard teachers in place to yield low standard adults. Do you ever watch interviews on the streets? I know some is a set up, but a vast amount of youth cannot even tell you how many states are in the US or name three countries in the world. This is where we are headed.
"Idiocracy" was my favorite predictive movie for the future where we're headed, which unfortunately is coming sooner than anyone could imagine. Those that regard Math as 'racist' are the Soros funded bandleaders hellbent to destroy our culture, art, history, philosophy, and science, all the stuff they don't know a thing about.
Haha celery salary! Hiring based on sex/gender, race, LGBT, age, etc instead of skills n experience needed is only making the company suffer slowly.
