A. This is a great question because I have had a lot come to me on this topic. Growing up it is put in many minds that you have to drink milk. You need the calcium and you must drink several glasses of it. If you think about this statement, where does it come from? What study? What information?
When you look at the nutrition content of many veggies, they contain calcium. You also benefit from vitamin D, and when paired with calcium the absorption is better. I get there was a huge push by lobbyists many years ago to get information on the importance of cow milk to be published. Yes, people highly benefit from milk at an early age, but when they can eat solid food, vegetables become the next best source.
Another important thing to note that when people are babies the milk they should be drinking should come from the parent (babies-moms, calves-cow, kittens-cat, etc). We are capable of tolerating anther animal's milk, but it isn't designed for us. This was just a thing wealthy dairy farmers got pushed. They even succeeded with having milk included with school lunch (but water is an extra fee). It is all about the money...
Once a baby, kitten, puppy, calf, etc matures and is weaned, they don't need the nutrition from the milk because they are capable of eating and obtaining it from other sources. Mammals were designed to produce and make exactly what their offspring needs to survive, and after they mature they wean and the milk dries up.
Just think on this... once a puppy weans, it thrives just fine with a balanced diet. The same goes with all other mammals. Perpetuating the milk myth is just what people say because it is what they hear.
If you like the taste, go for it. You can even sample almond, oat and other milk, however, don't drink it because you are worried about your calcium. You'd be better off eating broccoli, green beans, peas, Bok choy and other leafy greens. Do you research, but make sure your source is unbiased.
And that is all I have for this reading. Thank you. Love and light, Lynn

Leafy green vegetables (kind of similar to what a cow would eat) are very rich in calcium because it is present in their cell walls. One of the leafy greens richest in calcium is nettle. About one ounce of dried nettle is sufficient to satisfy the dietary calcium needs for an average adult. However, it is important to remember that vitamin D and magnesium are required for efficient absorption of calcium.
For me, I like drinking milk and will probably never stop. I think organic milk is healthier for the body than common milk. But I think bio-dynamic milk is better for spiritual growth and raises your frequency more than organic milk does.
According to Bing (the chat bot, not the search engine), people began drinking milk from wild animals 10000 years ago, and about 6000 years ago, people in various parts of the world began drinking milk from domesticated animals. They developed a genetic mutation that gave them lactose tolerance. Apparently this genetic mutation spread because it gave a survival advantage.
How about yoghurt with acidofinus and bifidus ? it seems to have good influence to health.
I was willing to change to almond milk, but lately it seems that the industry added fillers (or junk) that I went back to milk (added to coffee to make it less strong). Read labels
@enlightened one: I say if you like it and it agrees with you, do it. I do realize people have done this for years, partly out of lack of options and needed nutritional components during tough times (drought, disease, war, etc). I can see that if you didn't have a balanced diet or ability to farm or gather certain foods, it could be beneficial.
@Plom: I can see that helping the gut biome.
@Anon: It is sad what they are doing to our food..
Remember the Got milk advertisements from celebs n famous ppl. It was a cor biz and agenda to get ppl to drink milk in processed cartons instead of healthy milk or other food. Similar to naked models (use sex n body) for PETA
Thanks so much for the info and sharing!
