A. I thought this was a fun one and I would have a look. My first impression is that this tank is filled with fluid. Something is in the fluid that looks to be alive. I know the captions state that this isn't going to or from a zoo. I do think they are right in that aspect, but I do sense they are sending this to a military base for observation and also testing. 
I then want to get more specific as to what is in the tank. As I focus on the fluid, I get it is water, and there are several dolphins in it. There is some kind of experimental test being done on them. There is some connection with their DNA and other life forms. I sense they have injected them with something to make the travel easier, but there was a delay and the medicine has worn off making them less docile.
Overall, my intuition is telling me that they are dolphins (not sure what they heard growling, or this was maybe added for effect to "spice" up the video) and they are headed to a military base for some kind of animal testing. I get the video was altered to some degree to make it more fantastical than the reality, but the container and contents are real.

I only watched it once with sound which made it seem like it could have even been a sasquatch inside. If the sound track wasn't faked, maybe they were giving the dolphins testosterone for those deeper tones.
animal experiments should be a crime....this is abuse and reason to get our government out of this practise,,,,i don;t like paying for this garbage when the original founders did not like gov expanding like this too....they were right
I agree with both of you! All things are possible anymore, and it should be a crime.
Could these be Mermaids? As they really exists.
I wonder are they experimenting on Manatees?
@jbharco: I do think they exist (I've done readings) but I don't think they are Mermaids.
@Myway: It could be. I really thought it was a dolphin though.
