A. I would encourage everyone to have a look at the video in the link to see how your internal truth meter responds to my reading. This video will give you a clearer picture of what I focused on and the energy around the question as well as the motive for asking the question.
After watching the video and focusing on what is going on here, I get that Russia is trying to rule with force and evoke a strong national loyalty. They want men proud to protect their country. They are appealing to men wanting to be strong men through training and fighting. They are appealing to the masculine side of men who want to align with what the impression this advertisement projects. There is hard work, grit and a clear focus on a goal to defend what they feel is theirs.
The US is using (in this instance) virtue signaling to recruit in a way that will not offend people. It feels more about focusing on inclusion and making everyone feel they are a part of the country rather than preparing for a war. War is ugly and can be brutal. I get that everyone isn't equipped to mentally or physically go to battle, and that is ok. Putting people in positions because it fulfills a number doesn't help strengthen the group overall. People need to be in the right position based on their ability and qualifications. [For example, I would not be good on the front line or carrying the injured to safety, but I'd be great at taking care of the injured in a med tent. Do what you do well and not what think looks cool.]
As I focus on this, I saw an image of Russia watching this video and Putin was laughing hysterically. Then he said, "I knew now was the perfect time to strike. Look at these people." Then I saw Trumpet shaking his head. To be honest, I don't even feel like I can go too far into this without being flagged. I'm afraid if the US doesn't wake up to the nonsense we will be doomed. Now is not the time to worry about virtual signaling and someone's feelings. We are literally facing a war!

Funny inclusion is a big thing and encouraged on but not when it comes to pro-choice not to get vax. My company has Inclusion training started last yr and we had to take it again this year.

It's so touching that Disney made an ad to make our America looks strong with their values. They're working for the DS trying to destroy everything else. I hear they're going to be making their next movie starring Bruce Jenner as the Man of Steel who becomes transexual from red kryptonite left a phone booth then emerges as Super Girly Man! As you can tell, I'm not big on political correctness or cell phones.

Russia has a more cohesive population, they are all same race, love their country, there is unity among their people. Also, men are men, women are women, it a cultural thing (in Eastern Europe as well; women are not trying to be the men, like I see in Canada, there is still a balance.)
Romania recently lost two aircraft, according to rt.com. A military airplane reported bad weather and suddenly disappeared from radar, while patrolling the border to Ukraine. A helicopter that later went looking for the airplane crashed without ever finding the lost airplane.
