Weather Manipulation of Red States

Q.  Lynn, I've recently heard that people are looking into the correlation between "red" states and extreme weather events.  Are the Powers That Were cooking these states with HAARP (literally).  What do you see?

A.  Before I can even finish asking that question, I get a "yes, absolutely!"  This is all in the name of forced compliance.  They create the scenario and be part of the solution, but now WITH conditions. 

For example, if you "cook" certain strategic areas that are less compliant with the "shot" or areas that have caused some resistance against certain agendas, then people have to deal with the severe weather that results.  Not only are they less likely to rally or cause a social upheaval, they are more concerned with first hand issues (potential need to evacuate, property damage, physical harm, etc) as a result of the weather.  They could and most times do find themselves in a vulnerable situation.  

The Powers like to maximize on this vulnerability and show how "caring via an illusion" they are by sending aid.  Up until recent times, the aid was given and money was made with the economy boost of rebuilding, repairing, etc.  Manmade events were a way to shift and reallocate funds.  NOW they still do the shifting and reallocating, but by forcing a "beer bug shot" on those that need assistance (ie we cannot evacuate you or your family unless you have "the thing") they are forcing their will and agenda.  People have to chose to get help or fall in line.

This is truly and evil tactic and I see it being much more prevalent as we approach the early and mid part of 2022.

Stay safe and stay prepared.  Relying on yourself is one way to truly be in control of who is able to dictate what.
