A. Very interesting! I had to really clear my mind to see how this would come through..
When I focused on this, I saw this as a timeline diverging, and then converging together again. Let me explain.
At one time, in the 3D there was a land mass that is now Egypt. This was in the infancy of Earth. Earth looked differently as far as the geography, with less land masses. There was then a timeline split, which created an additional land mass including current day North America, Atlantis and Lemuria (maybe even more, but those are what came through). When the timeline split, and those additional land masses were formed (which were duplicates of some current land masses, ie Egypt), they were in a higher dimension (4D and 5D).
As the timeline glitched to self correct, and come back together, these newer masses were incorporated back into the 3D. Basically, the timelines reconciled to coexist together, and the newly formed land masses stayed, all becoming the present day 3D earth.
So, how did that affect the names or naming of locations?
I see that ETs that had knowledge of this timeline shifting had some influence on the naming. Even though the names came from human conventions, they were inspired, motivated and influenced by ETs. It was as if there was a truth that they were trying to share without fully "sharing" it. Truth is in plain sight, and comes in mysterious ways, we just have to be open to the clues.

There are books written about this area. They call the region Little Egypt. Anomalous happenings occur there. It has a very strange, dense vibe.
There is a State Park that has beautiful rock formations that look like giant skulls.
I couldn't find anything on Trevor Matrixbreaker, but this is a really interesting comparison between the Nile and Mississippi Rivers and often in my travels I felt there was some kind of strong link between certain cities. if New Orleans is supposed to be the equivalent of Aswan in Egypt, I can only say that it is full of elaborately carved above-ground cemeteries and has a tradition of strange royalty rituals in the Krewes of Mardi Gras.
