
With summer here, and the windows open it is nice to freshen the house. I used to like candles, but learned that many of the fragrances are toxic; however, you can diffuse essential oils and enjoy the aroma while taking in the health benefits.
Lavender is a great choice (what I'm diffusing). You can diffuse it in a bedroom to promote calm and relaxation. It also mixes well with Wild Orange to boost mood, or Cedarwood to promote sleep (please refer to my pic for a cheat sheet on different diffuser recipes).
