Q. As China is trying to take control over the Paracel and Spratly (already taken) islands that belong to Vietnam, and as you mentioned before that you see no war but conflicts, do you see that China has been or they are using chemical or weather attacks (something similar to chemtrails) against Vietnam? If yes, then what region(s) will be affected the most?
A. When I focus on this I get that China is using some weather manipulation and it is in the form of chemtrails. My mind takes me to the sky, and I see the chemtrails above me. I get what they are using has a very quick half life, or rather the effectiveness wears off quickly so they have to seed the sky often. They also don't want to hurt the land or the people, just make it more difficult to grow food and thrive... China wants the people to need help or relief of some kind making them weak and more vulnerable, which leads to a willingness to surrender over. I also get that something in these chemtrails is designed to make the people more docile when ingested (it is breathed in)..(Not sure what chemical that would be- it isn't coming through??). The region effected looks to be most of the South China Sea and the land directly east of that. I see unseasonal or unusual weather patterns occurring there. It will be difficult to grow food or have any consistency of weather while this is going on.

Dear Psychic, really appreciate such a long session! Regarding theories on china's expansion, I would like to ask one thing.In the areas near border of India- China adjacent to Arunachal-Pradesh( An Indian territory), China constantly portrays Arunachal-Pradesh as their territory on the official map of china.India regularly denies such false claim.Could you please see what's the long term intention of Chinese regarding territory bordering India?
@a2k: I see China try to expand their territory as much as possible. They really want to be the next world power. They are basically biting off what they can based on who is an easy target (will submit) and who isn't (who will fight).

Do you see the chemtrails that are being sprayed all over the U.S. containing the same docile-inducing chemical? I have felt so strongly that weather manipulation is not the only reason we are being sprayed. Thank you!
@Rainbow Warrior: I do see that they spray different chemicals in different areas for different reasons. I had Texas pop in my mind as somewhere they are trying to make people more passive??
