National Press Club, Christine Lagarde, Secret Message in Speech

Hi Lynn,  In January 2014 at the National Press Club, Christine Lagarde, director of the International Monetary Fund, gave one of the oddest speeches I have ever heard. In it she spoke about numerology, the magic number 7 and magic years. She threw out a lot of numbers and divided and multiplied them. It seems very clear she was giving a message to others as she starts out with “I do what I am told”.

"Now I'm going to test your numerology skills by asking you to think about the magic seven"
"Most of you will know that seven is quite a number"
"2014, you drop the zero, fourteen, two times, seven"
"It will mark the 70th anniversary, 70th anniversary, drop the zero, seven, of the Bretton Woods Conference that actually gave birth to the IMF"
"And it will be the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall, 25th."
"It will also mark the 7th anniversary of the financial market jitters."
"After those seven miserable years, weak and fragile."
"We have seven strong years."
"Now I don't know if the G7 will have anything to do with it."
"The global economy and what we should expect for 2014."
"So 2014 will be a milestone and hopefully a magic year in many respects"

Q. Anyway what was the message? A date? If so what happens on that date? Who was the message for?
A. I have seen that we are going to go through a monetary global reset, and right now people (and countries) are positioning themselves for that moment.  She is speaking out to key players (and the PTB) to let them know that the plans are in motion, and things are moving along.  She is advising them of the current timeline (since things change constantly due to the free will of others), so they can plan accordingly. 

I also get that as she speaks, and the right people pay attention, political and military movements will happen as a result.  The causes of these political and military actions will feel unfounded and weak, but necessary to keep some financial strength (or a stronghold on natural resources that are of value).  I also get that around this time gold and silver prices were not reflective of a true supply and demand value as the PTB began to falsely inflate the market with silver certificates (that cannot be honored, but serve the purpose of devaluing silver allowing those in the know to buy the physical silver cheaper).

At the time she gave the speech, the date was set for July 20, 2014.  This looks to be the date that the underlying work was being set up. The plan for the reset looks as though it was supposed to be in effect (and used in the population) around Christmas 2014 (I always see Christmas trees tied to this), but it is now being put off until this year.  I get "something intervened to buy them more time."  The "them" being the PTB.

As I quickly apply the principles of numerology (as I understand it, and may be wrong), to Christmas of this year, I get (12-25-15) 1+2+2+5+1+5=16, which then equals 1+6=7... We are back at the "7"..  Working with this "rule of 7," I see this manifesting into something around Christmastime of this year. (May be a strange synchronicity??) 

Investors, please watch your accounts.  Money can be made if you are cautious, watch for trends, and have the ability to pull out of the market if need be. Just stay on top of where your money is, and if you do invest in precious metals, keep a hold of the tangible investment.  I see saw teeth in reference as to how the markets will flow, so if you can buy low and sell high, you could be safe.. Just please, please do what resonates with you to keep your and your family's assets safe.

Is there a real threat from comet ison this fall? Do you see any significant events on or around October 1st, 2013? Then, when we pass thru the tail/debris (early 2014) we could get hit with who knows what ,even a space virus or Black Death. How bad will it get? will the sun become so intense that only those underground will survive?

A. The first thing I see is a lot of activity in the Northern part of the Atlantic Ocean.  It looks like huge chunks of ice keep breaking off and apart...The ice is like huge pieces like the size of house.  And the ice breaking off looks like a sign for more things to happen later, but the ice is the first event.  Then I see ice storms...and a lot of wind...in the North Eastern part of the US, and it looks to be in Maine / Vermont area, but it radiates out from there.  And it looks like the weather that they get is brought from the Atlantic Ocean inland, rather than being brought from the West Coasts towards the east.  It looks like the weather is coming from the North.  The East Coast gets his way harder than the West Coast.  And it looks like fall hit our country (or the United States), at two different times.  Like the East coast jumps almost straight to winter, but the West coast is like stuck in the high temperatures of summer.

Q. Is there a real threat from comet ison this all?  

A. It looks to me that, we do not get hit by a comet, but some debris around the comet makes it's way into our atmosphere.  And it looks like it hits, either in, or really close to Greenlands, like the northern part of Greenland.  And that is what causes, those huge chunks of ice to break apart, and then it starts this weather chain reaction.  I see New York, and the Northern states above New York, hit with a lot of snow, almost blizzard like, and I keep flashing to that movie we watched, the one with all the snow at the station.  The Day After Tomorrow.  My mind just wants to focus on the snow in that movie.  I keep seeing December with that also.  Like we will see all that snow in December.

Q. Is ISON this "Red Comet" you have previously referred to?  

A. I cannot get a connection between the two, but when I focus on ISON, this comet looks white hot to me, with a fire in the center, as if it burns hotter than what I call the Red Comet.  So visually the do not look the same, but I cannot tie a name to it. 

Q. Do you see any significant events on or around October 1st, 2013?  

A. I get an image of this ice breaking off, and when it does, there is a huge wave that is behind it, and it looks like a bunch of that cold arctic water get pushed..and it comes from the North to the South.  And I seeing the currents being totally messed up by that.  And I get the impression that a lot of sea life dies in the process too.  I cannot see a lot of water being rushed on shore though.

Q. Is there going to be an excuse for the powers that be to false-flag a black out and or martial law, with bank holiday?  
A.  I do not see a false flag, what I do see are a lot of military exercises going on at that time.  And it looks like there is going to be a lot of active military people with their supplies strategically put in a lot of places, to where it looks odd....and we are going to be told that it is for like a military drill, and then they are going to go back to Hurricane Sandy and say that they do not want that to happen again, and that we need to have our people ready and available, and that is why there is a need for all these "practices".  And the citizens are comfortable with that because they feel like the government is looking out for their safety.  I also get that while these practices are going on, the president is going to be in Colorado, because they are going to be doing a drill for him too, but the reality is that they do not want him on the coast at all.

Q. Are we currently experiencing any pole shift effects.  Like is the East coast moving further north, while the west coast is pulled down.  Could that explain the differences in weather you see in the US?
A. Ok I get that we ARE experiencing some pull, and then China lights up..and I am being shown that thats why China and some countries are experiencing so much flooding.  And then I am getting the Mediterranean sea, I am being shown that it too is off balance because of this.  But the drastic changes have to do with after this ice breaks off....it looks like huge pieces that look to be the size of I want to say Texas, and it gets broken into house like sizes.  It is completely shattered.

Q. Does this raise ocean levels at all?
A. Well I see that after the ice breaks off and the surge of water goes down the Atlantic, it looks like it pools up around the equator...so it looks like the sea level is decreased around the North pole and it increases around the where the equator should be, and it tries to level out, but it never gets back to the level where it started.


Q. When we pass thru the tail/debris of ISON (early 2014) we could get hit with who knows what ,even a space virus or Black Death?  Do you see anything when we pass through tail?
A. Other than the ice being affected, I do not see any diseases or viruses being introduced.   I get that our Sun may look different to us, like there is a haze or a fog, like it does not look as bright.  I also feel like I taste something weird...like the air is colorless and odorless, but you always have this nagging, like dirty taste in your mouth.  Kind of like the taste that you get after you walk through a fog machine at Halloween time.  I cannot see any illnesses correlated with that.

Q. You have said that we will see electricity go wonky as the red comet comes closer. Can you try again to pinpoint a date at which all will be aware of the changes coming? How bad will it get and will the sun become so intense that only those underground will survive?
A. My mind is so locked on March 21st, that I CANNOT get a different date. I keep asking myself, and I still see as the date, even though March 21st has passed.  Ok I get that prior to all of these changes, and event to look for since I cannot get a date, there is going to be an intense, what looks like a meteor shower, and it is not going to be one that you need a telescope or be at a certain spot to see, it is going to look like fireworks going off in the sky.  And the visual I get is a firework and it has one central bright spot and from that one spot, like six different flairs go off of it, and it is absolutely enormous.  And right after that happens, that will be the clue that your Red Comet is there.

The main thing I get in regards to how bad it is going to get is to be cautious of those who say they are there to help you.  Then I see people flocking to government aid or shelters or that kind of thing, and those people who seek assistance look as if they have a harder time than those who try to fend for themselves.  I see the government programs starting out as being a great thing, BUT then I see like military and they are taking people by the edge of their shirt and like forcing them around, like they start out nice but then end up treating people like animals.  It is like that human emotion starts to become extinct.  I would say that they lost their humanity, and the people on their own go through rough times but they have a sense of like society....like when they meet other people there is like a bond and a respect for not giving up.  Like an unsaid sense of community or belonging.  I see the military and the government really underestimating the people that did not flock for help.  They actually kind of leave them alone to an extent.  They are so consumed with dealing with the people that they say they are helping, that they really do not really worry about the little communities.

The Sun is intense, but is tolerable.  People actually embrace the sunlight.  It is like I am seeing some old time indian tribe and they are celebrating that the sun is even rising.  And they are saying something about that it is bringing life and growth, and it is necessary for survival.

Q. These changes you see, what is the interaction,  Is it a space object affecting the Sun and then Sun affecting earth, or space object directly influencing Earth or a combination of both?
A. I see this first affecting our moon, then the Earth, but really no influence on the sun at all.

Q. The Kolbrin Bible and many ancient cultures document a space object known by names such as, Nibiru, The Destroyer, The Doomshaper, The Red Comet (Mayans), and Wormwood?  Do all these cultures describe the same periodic visit of a space object the has adverse affects on earth, and if so, is this your "Red Comet"?
A. Ok, as I focus on those names, I see them all spelled out in my mind, and they are all written in the same font and the letters are all on fire, red fire.  It looks like those are all the same thing, just called a different name.

Q. Did ancients with knowledge such as Moses already know of this object and use it's coming chaos that was to follow, to his advantage to free slaves like in the bible's exodus story?  Did he use his knowledge to manipulate the situation before him as with the 10 Plagues of Egypt.

A. The first thing I get is an Egyptian pyramid, and then I see someone viewed as a god standing on top of this pyramid, and it looks like he is getting advice from these men who climbed to the top of this pyramid, like spiritual advice and guidance.  And the guy that is standing on top is not able to see these visions himself, but he has faith and believes what he is told.  And then he takes what he knows and he uses it to scare the people beneath him, and I see him trying to get the people to give him what he wants and he is threatening them with thunder and earthquakes and things that he knows will happen.

But when he threatens him and then these things happen he gets an even stronger following and loyalty.   So yes their were enlightened people, that were able to gain power and loyalty by having this knowledge.

Q. Has this object affected earth before, and what is it's periodic cycle in earth years?
A. Ok I get 514, and it looks to be 5140 years.  Hmmm....I get that it has affected earth before, and the the last time that it came by our dark side of the moon had a fixed smaller moon.  Meaning Earth, our moon, and this other object on the dark side of the moon were in alignment.  And that object that was there was knocked or actually pulled from the dark side.  And I get also that our moon used to be close to us and when gravity pulled the object from the dark side of the moon, it pulled out moon out a further distance from earth.  I get that it used to be between 15-20% closer than what it is now.



Q. Has the face changed that we see?
A. I see a visual of a spiral of it turning as it was pulled.  It looks like what we see now, like 3/4 the same face of what we saw them, and a fourth of it was from the dark side that turned when it got pulled.....I see the object that got pulled away from the moon, it was drug behind the comet, but then snapped into another planets orbit and became a moon there.  My mind keeps taking me to Jupiter....and it looks as if it became a moon to Jupiter.  This objects was always on the dark side, and I am getting that humans could only see this object once in a blue moon, so they knew it was there but only very rarely was it visible.  It was a circular and about a fourth of the size of our moon.

Do you see why Americans are pulling so many troops in the country? Any pandemics or other problems they may be afraid of?

8:17 PM - The only image that I am really getting focuses a lot on the south, I am seeing a map of the United States and there is like bright red through all the southern states starting from Texas all the way to Florida.  And I am seeing FEMA with this, and I feel like the reason they are being pulled down south is because they have used HAARP to alter a lot of weather because I am just seeing one hurricane after another coming in, like on the Doppler radar.  So it is almost like FEMA is down there to pre-setup evacuation centers and whatever assistance is needed before these natural disasters even happen.  And now as I zoom out on the map of the United States I see red through the very northern part of Ohio and it extends all the way east all the way through the New England states and I am seeing ridiculous amounts of snow, just piles and piles of snow.  And my impression is that this is our upcoming winter and troops are going to be sent up north to deal with this...I am also on the map seeing what looks like straight pins poked in states that are out west, but NOT California, and I am trying to see what those states are, I think one is Utah, there is one slightly north of Nevada, I think there is one in Wyoming, and my impression is that we have little military bases throughout that area and that has something to do with a natural disaster out in California.  I am seeing on a map what looks like a huge earthquake on the borderline of California, on the EAST border and it is going to be massive...I am getting a date of Spring 2014...Ok you can start asking me questions I am not getting anything else.
Q-Do you see any Pandemics?
A-I do not see pandemics, I think it is mostly related to weather and natural disasters
Q-Is the weather planned or a side effect of HAARP?
A-The image I am getting is what looks like a satellite dish and it is shooting out circular beams straight up, so it appears to be a side effect of HAARP.
Q-Will their be any permanent earth changes like shorelines?
A-Nothing drastic on the east coast, but definitely on the West coast, as I look at a map I see a ton of flooding on the west coast and the current border between California and the rest of the United States looks like a huge river, like probably at least twice as wide as the Mississippi River.
Q-Is this due to the earthquake?
A-Yes that is when I saw it happening
Q-How is the 2012 winter in our area of Central Ohio?
A-I see it as a pretty average winter we might have a couple of bad snow storms but the northern third of Ohio is going to be hit with terrible snow, again I see piles and piles of snow.  I would advise ANYONE living there to invest in a generator.
Q-Again why do they continue to use HAARP if it adversely affects the weather?
A-I do not know why...I am hearing the pinging sound of a submarine, so possible it serves as some kind of a beacon.
Q-In something I read, we can send messages to extraterrestrials using HAARP, do you get anything from this?
A-Yes that is kind of exactly what I was hearing.
Q-Will the southern hurricanes be worse than Katrina?
A-I would say equal too and more frequent, I think if they can get through until like maybe end of December early January they will be fine, they just have to get through this really tough Fall season.
Q-Will this weather affect the elections?
A-Something about Louisiana and Alabama light up on a map for me, like some kind of scandal will happen down there.
Q-Can you see the split percentage of Obama vs Romney votes?
A-It is going to be close, but I think it is gong to be 55% Obama and 45% Romney.
Q-Is there anything else?
A-No that is it.

I know there is quite a bit of a stir about the end of the mayan calandar. I do not get jazzed about this but am wondering if the planetary alignment at the end of this year will bring about great change. I believe this is a surgance of people that are very much wanting change and can feel it at a baseline level. Do you foresee the magnetic polarities being affected by this planetary line up and if it could be the springboard for these changes?

8:24 PM - It is kinda weird I am getting an image, of first everything being lined up, and then from that I am looking at the earth specifically and I see everything in a line and and when that happens I see a shift, and then I see like a huge amount of water, or waves for I am zoomed out in space looking at the earth.  So in looking at that I think, Yes there is going to be some shifting of the polarity, and the first major identifiable thing we are going to see it havoc with our oceans, and they are going to be unstable.  It seems like this happens slowly, it is not like we wake up one day and all the stuff is happening, but we are going to definitely see an increase in frequency and severity of natural disasters, specifically water related, before the alignment and right after.  I am actually seeing it on a bell curve, where the alignment is at the top or the pinnacle point, and then it will start to fizzle out.  You can ask me questions now?
Q-What month is this to occur, the pinnacle?
A-I feel like it is February of next year, but I may be a week or two off but I feel February.
Q-What is source or cause of this change?  What do you see?
A-Well I see all these planets in a line, then I see our Earth at the end of the line, and our moon to the side and I am seeing like the waves you see on cartoon when there is magnet trying to pull something, and I am seeing thick heavy magnetic lines of flux being pointed at Earth coming from the other planets like they are pulling on us, then I see little thing lines of force coming from out moon and it is getting our rotation completely screwed up.  And then I got a strange image of like a globe, with two points on North and South Pole, the globe it is spinning really really fast on its axis, and then someone takes their finger and pinch the North and the South Poles at the same time and like smoke is coming off their fingers.   So my impression is that this gravitational pull has the same feeling or affect on the plant or earth.  Like it trying to halt it rotation, but it cannot because it is going to fast.  This is causing an interruption.
Q-To clarify, these outside alignment forces are slowing the spin or speeding up.
A-It looks like there were slowing them, like it was trying to slow it down.
Q-So they hands were like the brake.
A-They were the symbolism of the gravitational pull being shifted and trying to stop it.
Q-Will the length of a day remain 24 hrs?
A-I think it will get longer, but I do not know by how much.
Q-Is this permanent?
A-I am getting and image of the planets leaving their alignment, and then I see the Earth and the Sun lined up, and the Earth is slowly gaining its momentum back.  So I think that it will take a long time for it to go back to how it is, but I think eventually in what I am seeing, the Sun will speed the Earth back up with it's gravitational force on Earth.
Q-Is there anything significant going to happen on Dec 21st, 2012?
A-Hmm...That is strange..To answer the question I do NOT think anything significant will happen, but then I got an image of a guy who I think looks like Jesus, so there may be some religious thing going on that day, but I do not think any world ending or world changing event will happen that day.
Q-Do you see any massive global blackouts in the near future?
A-Hmm?..As soon as you said that I actually saw like a world map, and China looked black, so I do not know what is going on over there right now or in the future, but that is what I saw.
Q-Can you focus on a time frame for China's blackout, and duration?
A-It feel like the early part of 2013 and my impression is like 1 to 2 months.
Q-What causes it?
A-I am seeing some big enormous fires, I do not now what causes it, I do not know if it is major power plant and something happens to it, but I definitely see fire.  As a side note I am curious to know if there are any volcanoes around China both on land and in the sea.
Q-Do you think it is volcano related.
A-The image I got looked like fire was spewing out from the top of something, but I could not differentiate between it being a volcano or a big concrete cylinder or smoke stack.  It just made me think volcano.
Q-How many people die in China due to this blackout?
A-I see the number 5 very distinct.  But I cannot tell how many zeros follow it, because they are like grayed out and they keep shifting.  At least 5000, it is like the number digits keeps growing and shrinking and growing and shrinking, but it never goes less than 5000.
Q-What is your impression of that?
A-I think it may be possibly be 50,000 but I cannot see it.  Maybe 50,000 but a minimum of 5,000.
Q-Is this war related or natural disaster.
A-Natural disaster.
Q-Will there be a warning?
A-I do not think so.
Q-Again on December 21st, 2012, what was the significance to the Mayans or was it just the end of the calendar.
A-I feel like they were trying to pinpoint this planetary alignment, and then it just starts a new time.
Q-Did they live through this alignment in previous history, or how did they know about it?
A-I am seeing a big huge volcano erupting, and somehow that signified the start of it.
Q-What happened to the Mayans?
A-I feel like the came south to escape it and that is how they ended up where they were.  I do not know if they used to live north of where they are now but then migrated south to escape the volcano or whatever was happening.
Q-How do you feel about this reading?
A-I actually feel pretty good about it.  As a quick side note, I think possibly it was Mt. Saint Helen in the United States but they could see it for hundreds of miles not that lava got them, but they see plumes, maybe Yellowstone.  I am curious of the timelines of when it erupted.  That is all I got, but I want to check out China's volcanoes.
