With just six days left until the grand inauguration, one can only imagine what master plans the Democrats are cooking up. After all, between auctioning border wall parts, dishing out pardons, creating a ban for offshore drilling and stoking a few fires, what could be left? This has been a very strange peaceful transition with two assassination attempts already in the books. I sense this political reality show is going to heat up even more than California over the next few days.
So how much more damage can be done in six days? There's still time to shake up the foundations of democracy, dismantle a few more national treasures, or pass a few more “emergency” executive orders. Within the past few months the democrats made sure to put their fingerprints on many areas of our country including safety (pardons and border wall selling), energy (offshore drilling ban), lawfare (ridiculous trials and criminal charges) and the environment (CA burning). Aside from the extreme inflation, the one area that hasn't been hit with a strong force is the financial market. Yes, cryptos are toggling as well as precious metals, but they are maintaining. I look for some kind of manipulation to be apparent by the end of this week. We will rebound, and be unburdened by what has been, but expect a final hoo-rah by the Dems in this sector.
