I stumbled across this meme and it really got me thinking. Our experiences in life are truly influenced by the perspective through which we see the world. Two people can face the exact same situation, but come away with completely different outcomes, all because of their mindset and attitude.
This is why being mindful and intentional with your thoughts is so important- because thoughts lead to actions, and actions shape outcomes.
As you read this meme and digest the words, take a moment to reflect on the bigger message: negativity has the power to stifle positive change, but a positive mindset can overcome even the strongest of negative emotions. The beauty of free will is that we get to choose which side of this equation we feed.
