Hi! I hope you all have a Happy Friday! I had some info I wanted to share.. Definitely something to think on. I've always said to shop the perimeter of the grocery and stay out of the junk isles. If you have to dive in for spices or baking necessities, get what you need and get the heck out. They are a trap. I stand by that!

I’m a retired chef, don’t waste your money on anything in a box or bag. If you want cookies, make them from scratch. Spend your hard earned money on the organic fruits, veggies and antibiotic free poultry and fish from the North Atlantic. I’m questioning the beef industry right now, hearing they are injecting with h the vax. Procure from local butchers only.
Since back in the 80's I always have questioned the name "tombstone pizza "....lol
@RealCousinIT: I agree. It is cheaper and better for you!
@margaret: I never thought about it, but now I can't unsee that title. Eating too much may just kill you..??
Happy Birthday,Lynn! Hope your "new" ventures be "fruitful" 😏
And thank you for your time for this blog
Best wishes,
Hope
Happy Birthday Lynn! [if Hope above] is correct that is!
You are much appreciated by all the regulars here.
I see lipton is on the list. That reminds me of a study I read about a while back. It was done on bagged tea in the US and found it to contain much more PCB and other harmful chemicals, than loose leaf tea.
Thanks! I appreciate it!
Haha, why don't you just tell us what we can buy instead of what we can't because just about every major company is on that list.
@33AT: That's what I thought too!
