Q. Hi Lynn, Really weird sighting of a black and white horse in London today... What could it be?
A. This is beyond ominous. I sense the release of these horses was completely intentional and also served to send a message. The evil ruling the world and controlling the monarchy feel agitated that people are getting "soft" compared to past decades. This looks like a warning to get back in line.
I sense something very bad has happened to Kate and this message is meant for the family as William prepares to be King. If she is still with us, she may be barely hanging as someone having a lot of influence over her healthcare lingers.
Say a prayer for her and her kids. This feels to be a very difficult time for them. It is near impossible to leave and even more difficult to stay.

@God Wins: They want the people soft, ant not the ruling class. The rulers are getting too weak.

I felt that the black and White horses were not a coincidence. Someone said the horse was bleeding because it hit a bus, but when you looked at the image it made no sense.
But who are the rulers behind the king and queen?
They act emotionally stunted with these goofy acts

Even normies were reacting to this image with shudders, it felt deeply symbolic and struck something in the national soul. The day before, there had been a gathering in London for St George's Day - which of course is deemed offensive and far right. The police barged in and stirred up a "riot", and the news images of it again included a white and a black horse, though not the same ones in the OP.
On the same morning as the event this post is about, the clock on the houses of parliament* stuck at nine for a couple of hours and chimed eleven.
Also yesterday, in Paris, the sails of the Moulin Rouge fell off and as far as I know, no-one has provided an explanation. The letters M O and U were knocked off.
What do you think MOU means in French? SOFT! The remaining letters: LIN ROUGE mean red linen, though I've no idea where that goes symbolically. It's all going very weird isn't it?
Meanwhile, for those who haven't seen the footage, the forced mass migration issue had a watershed moment last night in Ireland, with militarised riot police overwhelming a small community protesting a new "asylum" complex forced on them. The authorities are literally at war with the people.
* I decided to be a pedant and not refer to it as Big Ben which is the name of the bell, even though everyone calls the clock that.
Both the London (Black and White with the White one bloody) Horse stampede and the Windmill blades off Moulin Rouge (maybe collapsing the Eiffel Tower after burning Notre Dame would be too obvious) were attacks on National Identity and tradition to make way for Globalism and it ain't your Country no more signaling, I wonder what the date significance of these events can tell us.

I have read that Kate is suffering from a vaccine injury that is obvious, like shaking and jerking similar to cerebral palsy and Charles is very ill, they are planning his funeral. The royals are falling apart, so I guess the message was for middle management? I agree, spoofing the four horseman of the apocalypse was a goofy act.

Thanks so much for the comments. I don't think it was a coincidence they were black and white either. I felt it was a good versus bad or evil vs dark... and the white one was bloodied.. Very ominous.
