Thinking on these four points, I think that the cyberworld and media bombard us with daily horrors and the best thing people can do is to travel outside of their normal sphere to see the world is really not what is being depicted. Even for those who live in large urban areas can find peace and serenity different from the fear porn, by looking inwards to focus on the spiritual and gratitude for all the good in our life and living with purpose.
