A. I have heard the song (like many of you) and yes he is legit. He sings from the heart, and that is why people are drawn to him. He relates to people, and sings along side the working man not at or from a place above.
He has an interesting story of his success. Life wasn't going the way he wanted. He was struggling with a lot of things and headed down a dark path. Something came over him and he prayed. He told God he'd give himself over to him if he would guide him in the right direction. He wanted to serve God rather than some other master. He was humble and spoke a truth while God listened. Within a few days he had a number one hit that went viral.
When you go with God, good things happen.
He made a choice and chose God over wealth.

First time I really listened to this guy's song, as I'd seen it posted before, listened for a few seconds but didn't like it musically. Still don't, but glad it's becoming an anthem to people not to just accept what's shoved on them by elite who hate them. The anger's justified and it's good for people to feel the same and demand (project the intent to end the criminality that's been lording over us forever) "change you can believe in that's the opposite of Obammy's Tranny jihad on America show that's currently in office via an actor playing his old VP.
@Robert: I agree everyone has their own taste in music, but I am just glad to see someone stand up and be true to their convictions. It is refreshing and I wish him the best.
