A. The Schumann Resonance is Gaia's heartbeat. When there are fluctuations in the energy, it impacts her natural rhythms. It creates periods of slowed frequencies and then can create a spike. We also have MANY timelines being negotiated in the 3D plane while other planes such as 4D are coexisting.
There is a surge of all kinds of frequencies happening, and these variations can work in harmony with Gaia or cause her to reside in a different frequency so she can remain in balance (balance is a universal goal).
I get the most recent fluctuations are due to bursts of energy from the sun, portal energy from the sun and timeline glitches.
During highly charged times try to stay grounded (literally feet on the ground). This helps to work with Gaia and her frequency. Epsom salt baths and nature are also excellent to allow energies to work through you and not at you. Take time, try to relax, self-reflect and purge. All the above can be helpful as this constant shifts occur.

It's incredibly hot where I live which may be caused by that sun activity you saw, and when I was working on the roof a month ago the sun was brutal and it greatly affected me so it's good to get out early or late and try to be in the shade! Hope this brings us into a higher frequency.

The Schumann resonance originates from the fact that the surface of the earth and the ionosphere act as a capacitor of two concentric conductive spheres with the air as dialectric medium in between. The fundamental frequency is solely determined by the physical diameter of earth and ionospere. As long as the earth is neither shrinking nor swelling, its base tone will not alter.
Only the ratio of the intensity of the harmonics may alter tempararly due to impacts on the ionospere.
