A. The reason these "out of place artifacts" feel so out of place is because they are. Sometimes these items result from ET visitation many years ago (though not as common of a reason), but most times these OOPARTS are from past civilizations.
There have been times when people have uncovered items that should not be there. For example, people have uncovered trees, ruins, artifacts, buildings and all kinds of things in strange locations. Some are even buried underground. I've been really drawn to the mud flood ancient civilization and see these are directly related.
There was an advanced old world that once inhabited this part of earth. A catastrophic event occurred which created dust and debris to fill the sky. During this time the earth rumbled which created liquification of the ground. At the same time rains came making mud in the sky and it slammed down to the ground.
Buildings, sculptures, vegetation and even people were buried. The lucky dug themselves out and the unlucky perished. This is why items are displaced and even entire cities are buried.
As those in the know knew and even prepared for this event in their "bunker type structure" they emerged and claimed what they could and gas-lit the remaining survivors into a new reality. Those they couldn't manipulate were put in insane facilities (I've gone into much more detail in past readings..).
And that is all I have for this very interesting subject (and each finding is unique and has it's own story).

We are slowly recovering the true history and nature of our Earth. I remember seeing an old school book that placed the dinosaurs as living in 3000 BC (I refuse to use the new woke term- another way they try to rewrite or cancel out historic events like Christ) and academia is still making up statistical dates like saying 30 million years old when there's absolutely no metric for gaging such aging. Love Lynn's many reads into these OOPARTs that her community has asked her about over the years. Psychic ability is our only time machine for looking into the past for answers...at least for now!
@Robert: I'm trying.. I've been really drawn to learning more on the old world and it's mysteries... I think everything has been a lie..
The whole current era we live in (with computers and motorized craft driven by combustion engines) is like an OOPART in the history of mankind. It just came like a flash with no forewarning an suddenly it was all over the Earth. It's almost as if this timeline just popped up out of nowhere, and what we call "history" never happened, it's just a remnant of a different dimension that this timeline was modeled upon. And in a different dimension, perhaps things carry on as normal, without computers and a mechanized transport sector.

@Dana: I think it was definitely after Jesus... I think our world has been destroyed a few times over. I think the mud flood could have been as soon as 150 to 200 years ago..
