A. As I focus on this, I get that he really did do this. I do get that he strangled his girlfriend in a jealous rage. He looks to have a very angry side to him, and I am understanding that he either thought his girlfriend was going to leave him or was interested in another man. It was too much for him to handle, and in a moment of anger felt that if he could not have her, no one would. .jpg)

I know a podcast (or something similar) came out posing doubt. Adnan tried to appeal time and time again, and this podcast put enough energy and doubt out there that many people became concerned that he was indeed innocent. I see that what has happened is people had doubt, people had compassion that he had served over two decades and the divisiveness caused enough turmoil that it crept into the court system. Even though released, I still see him as guilty.
This was sad and tragic that he allowed anger to overcome him and take a life and forever change his. This is an interesting court case that is far from done.

This is typical behavior of middle easterners. They treat women like shit.
He has probably confessed to some of his cellmates. So to question them might be a good way to find evidence to the contrary of the latest ruling.
@enlighted one: I suspect you are right. That would be a good place to start. I do sense he has confessed to someone in his circle.
Im so pissed at the fact i believed in Adnan. There is one witness who at the time was a young black high school student named Jay who admitted to helping Adnan cover up the murder. The Serial podcast hypothisised that Jay got a deal from the police and thats why he made up the story of Adnan. They also used Jays young crimes and his race as a reason not to believe him. Also Adnan was a squeeky clean kid with perfect grades. Now i feel so bad because even as a 40 something year old man Jay cant even live in peace because TV/podcasters are still showing up at his door asking him why did he lie.

If anything, it shows the power that media has, which may undermine democracy if in the hands of a few corrupt.
@xoxo Luxe and enlightened one: So true. The media is vicious when they get a narrative to push. Most times it isn't even true, it is just to benefit or even deflect from something else that is happening.
