A. When I focus on this question, I am immediately taken to the Akashic Records. This is a Universal record of everything that has, is, and will happen. It is the recordings of all knowledge, and all timelines. I see this as the master playbook of all.
I do feel that anyone, with discipline and focus can tap into these records. For some, it may be easy. For others, it may prove to be more challenging. The amount of discipline and focus will also determine how much a person can see and sense. The true goal to access these records is to have oneness with the Universe. This can be done through meditation and elevating your vibration through emotions such as love and forgiveness. The more oneness you experience, the more sensitive you can become to varying energies, and be able to pick up on this knowledge.
There is also an element of this information being in the greater good for the receiver. You could be a master meditator, and be full of love, but if specific knowledge would not serve in the highest and best good, it will remain tucked away for a later time. Be accepting of this, as the Universe does look out for everyone, and tries to maintain a balance.

It would be fun to access the Akashic Records and learn the answers to all the questions we have. I have a lot of them. Is that what Psychics or Guides access when you ask questions?
@Raymond: Intuitives access all types of things; guides, angels, higher self, Source and these records. It really depends on what the question is and how someone goes about focusing on it...
it seems that most of modern culture is built on distraction: computers, cellPhones, divisive news, ext., whereas early a man had the stars and communed with nature and animals so as to be more clear-headed and receptive to receiving Inner consciousness. I'd recommend to anyone interested in accessing these records to try some automatic writing and see what happens.
@Robert: That is a good idea. Just remember to set protection because automatic writing can create a connection to something outside of your own being. You are very right with the distractions!
