Q. After creating a mess with the Philadelphia Experiment they continued to work on the subject (cloaking, anti-gravity, etc). When they performed the event during the Montauk Project 40 years later they kind of folded the timeline into a loop. This 40 years would repeat again and again energetically. People who are trapped in religions, cults and organizations are trapped in a timeline consisting of 33 years. There are different timelines connected to each person, but most reside on either a 40 or 33 year loop.
The way out can be achieved by letting go of these attachments and traditions and even clearing implants. They can slowly transition to another "loop." It is thought that the 42 year loop is the one that leads to the New Earth. David Topi from Argentina explains that as we begin (collectively) to merge to the 42 year loop all other timelines will collapse. What are your thoughts?

A. There is a lot of info here, so I wanted to break this down into sections.
The Philadelphia Experiment: I do see this military operation working to achieve some defense technology that would set them apart from the rest of the world. I get they took ET technology, reversed engineered it, and attempted to use this to cloak themselves while in enemy territory. It looks like when they did this via enormous electromagnetic fields, they could not hold a "cloaking" for a long period of time (a few minutes max). It made people in the close vicinity VERY ILL. The human body is not made to withstand this type of technology. In the process of this, some kind of of vortex was made both above and below the location, and a timeline shift did occur. In my mind it looks like a "blip" on a graph.
Decades later, after re-evaluating what they did during the Philadelphia Experiment, they decided to take the plans back to the drawing board. Technology was constantly advancing, and the PTW (Powers That Were) that had large influences on the military wanted to invest in something called the Montauk Project. Not only was military defense a goal, but this is were they started to invest in mind control and psychological warfare as well. The PTW wanted to have the most influence, control and options when it came to defense and forcing their way. The activities tied to this project also created what looks like blips on a graph (representing timeline shifts).
In terms of a 40 year loop, I don't see exactly 40 years, but I do get that these two projects did set things in motion and alter timelines. I don't see a repeating loop, but do see that each event created a fork in the road, and altered paths. The cause of these two events created an effect that altered the way people were controlled and influenced.
As I think about the 33 year loop. Everyone has repetitive cycles in their lives. Some are seven years, some eleven, and some can be much greater. Everyone is different, and each lesson is different. The lesson will repeat until it is learned or understood, it might just take a different form (abandonment, addiction, health, loss, joy, birth of something). A purging or release of something not serving you does propel you on a new path, but I don't see a name or title to the path. I will say the path looks to have a higher vibration and lead you ultimately to ascension.
Once you pass, if you hold and maintain a high enough vibration, you can incarnate to the New Earth. I don't see a 42 year path or loop being the only way to get there. The pass to the New Earth is very individualized, and truly tied to a spirit's vibration and the lesson they desire to learn (can it be learned in 4D, or is 3D necessary?)

Why is this kind of manipulation by the dark forces allowed? Enslaving and torturing civilizations, maybe for millenia or forever? Kind of what some humans do skinning animals for fur, creating more trauma in the next life.

Lynn, you are absolutely correct.
The 33 timeline was called 33 in order to resonate with people connected to different traditions and religions, as the 33 resonates with a lot of important events in the past. i.e. Jesus lived (according to their version) 33 years. There they created the 40-year loop, which would have similar events (going backwards after 40 years and then forwards again). I can imagine that they will be able to maintain it temporarily but not for long, it feels fragile.
The 42 timeline has been created by light forces as a way out of the 33 timeline if people let go of the old beliefs and connections with cults. The transition has to be gradual, so kind of filters or membranes have been created to make it smooth. The 42 timeline is a way to a new Earth experience or return to origins. It does not have a loop.
Important is that the number of the timelines are not indicating any length of it. They are timelines which where kept going after many others have collapsed.
Thats what I understood from the writings of David Topi in Argentina.
