Q. Who built the US American Pyramids (over 200!) the tallest of which is 12% higher than the famous Giza Pyramid in Egypt? Despite the fact that they are made out of sandstone rocks of different sizes they are designated "Mounds of Cahokia" next to Mississippi river!
