Can you see what happened to the Russian sub that caught on fire, killing 14 sailors? It happened the same day that V.P. Pence was ordered to return to D.C.

A. When I tune into this, I hear the phrase "a series of unfortunate events took place." It does look like this sub was lurking around in the water trying to either intercept data or block data (something with data?). Even though this sub works on a stealthy basis when preforming missions, the US was well aware of it's activity, and I get the sub was being followed.
I get that you cannot take out a sub unless there is just cause, and when the sub was confirmed to be taking out or blocking data (??) some type of EMP (??) was released disabling some of the controls, which led to some kind of circuit overload and fire.
It looks as though US forces were either the team following the sub, or supported the team following the sub, so it was essential to get those in power (leaders) home. At that point, Pence was called home immediately.
Putin is not happy about this, but also knows he cannot freely admit what he had his military up to as it violates some kind of United Nations "code" that would result in some huge penalties (??).
I do not see this being the end of it, but it will not be heavily in the media. It feels more like passive aggressive attacks back and forth indefinitely. I see there being a political need to keeps certain images (for now), but make no mistake that Russia is being watched.
And that is all I have for this reading. Regardless of what side you are on, please take a moment and send some healing to the families harmed by this loss of life. Y

Do you see this as a rogue military maneuver that putin did not sanction? This is one thing i heard.
I would like to learn more about the weapon that the Navy used to stop them.
But, I don't suppose that will happen anytime soon.
I wonder what else goes on in the world that we don't know about.
The stories would probably make an interesting mini-series.
