Things that Make You Think.. (7.83, Sacred Human Heart, Osho and Unicorns)

Q.  The Earth's vibration is 7.83 Hz and a healthy pH level is 7.4.  If we filled the air with low level tones similar to the above, would it improve our health or well being?  Is there any benefit to listening to different tones like the Solfeggio tones or tones from the moon or Earth or Mars etc....What if we played 7.83 HZ in the background like white noise.  Would it benefit us?
A.  I get if you did surround yourself with a higher Hz (slightly higher than the natural state of the human body), it would help to increase vibration.  The increased vibration (I hear) is much like increasing temperature in a chemical reaction, which speeds the reaction time.  The higher vibration helps to speed healing rates.  This is why meditating, and increasing vibrations helps to promote health and wellness (mentally, physically and spiritually).

You would want to play it softly, and ideally when you are sleeping.  I see that when you are sleeping your subconscious is freely flowing, and more open to receiving.   This would be a way allow the vibrations to incorporate with your being.

Q. Ancient cultures talk about the sacred space of the Human Heart. What is so special about sacred space of the Human Heart and how to we enter that space?

A. I get the heart is sacred because it is the space that holds the chakra that creates high vibrational emotions.  Emotions looks to hang up in the solar plexus (abdomen) unless they are processed and purged, but start from the heart.  This makes the heart chakra very special (sacred) and differentiates us from many other beings.

We enter that space by opening ourselves up.  There is a certain amount of vulnerability that is required and necessary to achieve this.  We must trust ourselves, and have trust in the Universe.  Meditation with a focus on the heart chakra can help you to get there.  A good practice is to call upon your guides for protection while you begin the process.

Q. What is your take on Osho?
https://www.biographyonline.net/spiritual/osho.html

A.  I see him as a man that embarked upon a newer belief system that many others had already discovered and practiced, but there was no name or label tied to it.  It was a method that encouraged people to look inward for strength and realize we are spiritual beings living our lives.  We are to learn and experience life, but fundamentally the true secrets are spiritual in nature. This newer practice did pose a threat to other beliefs, and I feel like he really had to fight against it.

Q.  I have been seeing Unicorns everywhere.  They are on cereal boxes, pajamas, costumes, toys, accessories, etc.  You cannot walk through a store without seeing a "unicorn" something.  I'm curious as to Why they seem to be everywhere.  It made me also wonder if they were ever real, or something like it was real.  They have stayed with our culture for hundreds of years, and seem to reappearing.
A.   So I do get that "unicorns" were real, but not in the sense we imagine.  They weren't magical creatures that flew through the air, but rather a "rhinoceros" type animal (could actually be a rhino from what I am seeing).

The real question I ask myself, is how did they get portrayed into what they are.  I get in thinking about a unicorn (or uni "horn" as I hear it) a "real" animal was taken, and a spiritual "twist" was put to it.  I see a "horn" growing from it's third eye, representing some kind of enlightenment.  The "horn" was growing upward to create an "antenna" toward source.  I get for centuries these fictional (based upon a real uni-horn) were told in stories, but they were tied to the growth of spirituality and the development / opening of the pineal gland.

As time passed, the fictional version started to be taken and used more as a toy or "make believe" thing, and slowly detaching it from the spiritual component (that was used as lessons in "folklore").  It has now evolved to a "toy" or "entertainment" item, when in reality it was once a respected symbol.  I get the pure abundance of them is another agenda and example of putting "truth in plain sight" while we glaze over it.

And that is all I have for this reading.  Much love to you all- Lynn

There are a lot of really beautiful healing and meditative videos on Youtube that can really help if you fall asleep to them and you can type in the issue or even frequency you would like to work with.

The first thing that flashed into my mind on the question of unicorns was that they could be occasional "visitors" from another dimemsion, a bit like Sasquatch or the hooved creature Lynn did a reading on a few days ago. But this interpretation makes a lot of sense when you think of the symbolic and iconic use of unicorns in Gothic and Early remaissance art, such as the famous tapestry in the Cloisters museum where a unicorn approaches a seated woman against a flowery backgrown, which could be a metaphical symbol of her intuitive abilities.

Early inprecise translations of the Bible told that Moses had "horns" growing out of his head instead of emanating rays or spiraling beam of light like a halo, which were famously literally depicted on Michelangelo's "Moses", almost making him look like a Prophet Satyr in which the cognitive disonance of good and evil depicted together give an incredible power to that remarkable work.

Before everyone starts bathing themselves that specific earth frequency artificially, please note that you are all at different frequencies yourselves. Listening to the wrong frequency will act to pull your vibe DOWN. Best to leave all this to Guides and SOURCE, and have you meditate. That will raise your vibe better than anything, IMHO.

@Robert: Thanks for this! I appreciate the comment!

@Dada: You are right. Something with the earth looks to work in harmony with all individual frequencies, but meditation is ultimately the best way to raise vibrations.

@Lynn,

Is there another way(s) to raise vibration for someone who isn't focus enough to do meditation (due to mild dementia)?

Thanks in advance

Maybe it might be worth a try to play 8HZ in the background and see if there is a change in the way we feel or behave.

Thanks Lynn.

“In the spiritual traditions of India, as elsewhere, the ‘heart’ refers not so much to the physical organ as to a psychospiritual structure corresponding to the heart muscle on the material plane. This spiritual heart is celebrated by yogins and mystics as the seat of the transcendental Self. It is called hrid, hridaya, or hrit-padma 'heart lotus’. It is often referred to as the secret ‘cave’ (guha) in which the yogin must restrain his mind. In some schools, notably Kashmiri Shaivism, the word hridaya applies also to the ultimate Reality.” – Georg Feurstein

@Hope: There are different types of meditation, so perhaps a different method would work. For example, some people just walk quietly outside (walking meditation). Being at one with nature is very soothing and healing. Even a quiet soak in a bath or shower can be meditative. Just being alone with your thoughts (doesn't have to be in a certain position, or direction) can really help.

If all of that is too much for any type of health or physical reason, I would start with diet. Eating healthy and staying detoxed is a good way to increase your vibration.

@Raymond: It may be worth it. If you feel better, great. You can keep doing it.

@Neeraj: Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

Pleasure is all mine Lynn. Just to add there are only five books have been written on the subject Sacred Space of the Heart throughout the history of humanity. “The Upanishads”, “The Secret Chamber of The Heart” (part of the Torah, which is not available anymore), “Philokalia”, “The Way of a Pilgrim”, “Songs of Waitaha” and “Living in the Heart”.

Lynn @Neeraj Chadha - Thanks for the advices

"Just being alone with your thoughts" - Lynn

If not for us calling him up everyday, sometime a few times per day, he is pretty alone most of the time.

"When you simply are, just being, that's what meditation is" - Osho

When asked what he has done the whole day, sometimes he said "I just sat there and did nothing"

I wished he was "Just being" cos when he is with us, half the time, he looks blank. But neither is he a watcher cos once back home, he would not remember that he has passed his time with us.

We really don't know how to help him as he still want to live on his own and keep changing his mind about seeking medical help.

Perhaps my last desperate resort is to look for a reliable "Soul Healing"
