It is no secret that governments have been conducting tests on certain populations to analyze the effects of specific "jabs". After introducing and testing the HPV vaccine on young women in India, many were left crippled or experienced seizures. Why do you think they make people lie down for 30 minutes after the injection? The things they tout as "safe" are often quite the opposite and are just a social test of compliance and voluntary experimentation while Big Pharma gets rich. 
There is a hypothesis that the AIDS pandemic was sparked by an experimental oral polio vaccine (OPV) called CHAT.

I always thought it was spread in the early 80's by introducing into the promiscuous Gay communities in major cities like NYC. Don't know about other demographics but a LOT of Gay artists and others in NYC died from it.
