As a kid I loved watching it and was glued to the gymnastics portion (even had some Mary Lou Retton stirrup pants). As an adult, I lost interest. So many things have been hijacked by the devil, and this sports extravaganza is an example.
They mocked the fist supper during the opening ceremony and then ended with a headless angel and an evil destroyer. This once family fun sport viewing is turning into something dark and creepy (which is sad because there are some true athletes out there showcasing their talent and this takes away from them).
In closing, I stumbled upon a fun fact that I wanted to share. It is best illustrated in the graph. I do believe that testicular injuries in women's sports did increase in 2020, but please feel free to fact check me on this.
In all seriousness, our world is in peril. We have got to get our minds and heart in the right spot sooner rather than later.
