wow, just yesterday I was thinking how I wished I'd be out of here (California). A huge feeling that I shouldn't be here. I am planting the seeds to get out of here. It will happen
This clip came from the 1981 movie ""My Dinner with Andre", which is set in New York city exactly during the time I lived there and captures all the grime the extremes of the wealthy upper class to the poor,the dirt and graffiti, while Andre's comments showed it was a time of smart people, smart music, smart art that all took place in the New York City prison planet which is still drawing in the young even though the energy and vitality of the late '70's and early 80's has long vanished. Ohio produced DEVO, which shows greatness can be achieved anywhere!
