Hi Lynn just checked a EST time site (https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/est) and they state: "Caution: This is NOT the current local time in most locations in that time zone North America, Caribbean: Only some locations are currently on EST because most places in this time zone are currently on summer time / daylight saving time and are observing EDT."

Thank you Lynn! I was searching for meditation apps after reading one of your posts. I found this 432 htz music and it is so timely and timeless at the same time. Sorry for the weird link but I couldn’t find a “direct” link and I wanted to show the picture of the app (Dreamworld Appum). When I meditated with a group in the past, in a classroom with other students; some of the students said that they could hear and see each other in the astral plane. I was never gifted to reach that level of meditation.
If all of us meditated at the same time, can you perceive everyone that is with you at 9:21? I was wondering if you could see or hear any of us with your gifts? Our Guides say that when we pray for someone that they are heard on the other side by the recipient. Do you sense our presence?
I wanted to mention a great "Creative Guided Meditation" method...but only for those would like this "empowered idea". Since we are all connected... the connection is strong when we feel love in the heart/mind for another. By imagining (pretending) the different chakras are bright and hugging that of "others" (why not 7 billion people in need).... then send any harmonious-divine-message.. (like be strong .. have no fear...forgive others....hugyourneighbor..etc ...be-in the light).. ... It turns out the power of the human-mind and heart..can BREAK the magic-spell of the silly-so-called-powers ... because their BS is based on non-universe-harmonics ...and it took them many-many-years-to misguide us. EASY to break with concentrated-love. Love to all those here and everywhere. <3 :) We are in urgent times ..and we are winning already...believe it or not.
