Chakra Series: 1 of 9 / Earth Star Chakra

Hi everyone!  Many of you are interested in meditating, and to add another layer of understanding I thought it would be interesting to do a series on Chakras.  I want to focus on what each chakra does, what crystals can aid in the balancing of the chakra and also incorporate doTERRA essential oils that can enhance, balance and align the chakra.  I hope you enjoy, and please feel free to leave comments below.  

1 of 9:  Earth Star Chakra (Color:  Brown)

This is the most grounding chakra and is located about 12 inches into the earth.  It is not in the physical body, but rather in the energetic, etheric body. Even though this is not within the physical body, it creates a grounding "anchor" for your lower three "physical" chakras.  A meditation focusing on grounding is a great way to connect to this chakra which helps to align you with the core of the earth.  This is also a fantastic way to purge negativity, and send negative emotions to "ground."  

Crystals: Crystals that can assist you, either worn or used in meditation are:  Black Kyanite, Black Tourmaline and Hematite.  I also find it helpful to carry them in your pocket to help you remain mindful of staying grounded.

Oils: Suggested doTERRA oils that enable you to open and connect to this chakra are Juniper, Cypress and Myrrh.  Either apply the oils (dilute with coconut oil if you are sensitive) or diffuse them to smell throughout the day or during meditations (I apply to my wrists like perfume).

Meditation Guide

Hi everyone!  I was asked to come up with a meditation guide.  Many of us want to meditate, but have trouble getting in the right headspace.  I wanted to share some tips and offer some guidance. 

Meditation is one of the most powerful ways to connect with your inner self and also connect with Source.  You can get clarity, grounding, healing and insight when you practice this regularly.  So many times people think they have to sit a certain way, face a certain direction or meditate for a certain length of time to make it "count," but that isn't true.  The goal is to just do it.  As you advance (should you want to), you can always get more technical and disciplined, but doing something is always better than nothing.. 

The following outlines some helpful hints I've discovered along the way:

Ready to Meditate

• Set your protection.  Of all the steps, this may be the most important.  Be very concise and state either verbally or mentally what you want to happen, and what your "rules" are.  You may call on your guides and angels, and advise that you only was pure, high vibrational information.  Command all negative energy to leave, and request that you only be surrounded by positive energy.  
• Set your intent.  Be clear about what you want.  Do you want to purge energies, find an answer, connect with something?  Mentally or verbally state what you want.

Q.  I get it may look like an iPhone, but it does not work like an iPhone.  It is coming through that this item had two purposes.  The first, was to serve as an adornment emphasizing this person's status within the society.  It looks to be worn across her chest on a sash.  

I see that she was very powerful and influencing because she was part human, and part Nordic ET (??).  I get this was a gift given to her as a young child, and she wore it ever since.  I get it was made from lignite because it was a soft material that could be manipulated.  The stones that were included represent fire (red) and water (blue).  The lignite itself was for grounding (earth). [I thought it was strange that "air" wasn't a component, but it was left out.] 

My impression is that this woman was highly respected, and many looked up to her.  She also had a strong intuitive sense, and was what many people refer to as a "seer." Out of respect for her, when she passed she was buried with it.

Patreon/SubscribeStar: Pleiadian and Atlantean Settlements of South America

Q. I read your article on mystery lands (posted on another site...). I was hoping to have you focus on South America. Apparently, there is not only a pyramid (which you mentioned in your blog post regarding El Dorado), the pyramid itself has chimerical aspects to it.

There is at least one Pleiadian and one Atlantean settlement above ground in South America. There are below-ground Atlantean settlements as well, under the Mato Grosso plateau. The Mato Grosso plateau is also talked of in this article.

There is an Atlantean settlement named “El Gran Paititi”/ “El Gran Paytiti" in which men are separated from the women (to control population??). A famous person even disappeared looking for it named Colonel Percy Fawcett.

doTERRA: Got a pain in the neck? Frank it out!

Hi everyone!  As I thought about something I wanted to share this week, I decided to share my own personal story and how doTERRA REALLY came to the rescue!  

Here goes:  So, a few days ago my neck started bothering me.  Not a neck ache, but a sharp pain in the back of my head on the left side that radiated out to my ear.  I realized this was a pinched nerve (not muscular or soft tissue) and was creating an occipital headache (you can see the picture showing the pain pattern).  

Immediately I go to my oils because I needed something to address pain and inflammation.  I grabbed my doTERRA Frankincense Touch (with a handy roller ball) and applied to the base of my head.  By morning it was noticeably better, and after a few more applications the pain was almost gone.  I can't claim this works miracles, my in my case it was a life saver.  I'm hopeful within another day or two it will totally be gone.

Q.  Can you do a brief reading on Dogman?  This would be an interesting reading..

A.  I know in the past I have worked on this topic.  Oddly, I have a difficult time connecting to it/him, but I will try to get what I am able to access. 

I do get a darker creature like this exists, but I see him more in an energetic form versus a 3D form.  I see he can manifest physcially, but doesn't "live" in the 3D for long periods of time. He looks to be rooted from the Sirius star system, and is an energetic deviation from the Canine/Dog ETs.

He looks to float in an out of 3D, much like a Bigfoot, however, Bigfoot is a very spiritual, high vibe being, whereas Dogman is not.  I further get that many times when people think something evil has happened at the hands of Bigfoot, it is really Dogman doing this (Bigfoot is not an evil being!). 

Dogmen have been around for centuries, and this is where the concept of "werewolves" come from.  I see a full moon, and realize that the energies of the full moon allow them to shift into and out of the 3D more easily (there is some connection???).  

In keeping with the concept of "werewolves" I was then curious if "silver bullets" or something of that nature could actually "kill" a dogman.  I do not see silver bullets killing him, but they do "burn" him if he is in a 3D manifestation at the time of contact.  He does look to be scared of "silver" in general.

"Break The Ice" What does it mean?

Q.  Lynn, Can you please do a reading on Britney Spears' new video, "Break The Ice?"  You always say the truth is in plain sight.  What truth is here?

A.   When I focus on this song, and Britney specifically, I do get she is sending a message and telling you exactly what happened to her.

In the video she in an anime character going into a cloning area, and basically "breaks the glass/ice" of the human-sized test tubes.  I see that she was to some degree cloned when she was going through her mental challenges (relationship troubles, shaved her head, scandal after scandal) because she was  HUGE money maker and voice for the PTW (Powers That Were).  (I hear "Watch out Taylor Swift... you are next!)

Britney had the ear of her generation through her actions and music, and the PTW were worried what she would do next as she was sort of a "wild card" during this period.  They didn't want to lose out on this opportunity, and used a "clone" as an insurance policy in case something happened to her, or they "needed" something to happen because she was becoming a liability.

There are also certain "rules" they have to play by, giving the truth in plain sight.  By showing this, making it like "entertainment" while sharing shreds of truth, we accept certain things into our subconscious.  Accepting and not rejecting basically gives permission for these things to happen.  Everything is about illusion.

Friday Mystery Five #3

Welcome to Friday Mystery Five #3 (which is actually a re-named version of the old “Five for Friday” series, which were up to... #45 at last count, not to mention all our Life Detective segments). First off, what the heck is this thing? ancient pine resin/amber?

"Wow, that’s cool. I get that it was originally some kind of amber, but it was somehow liquefied; superheated and melted, along with surrounding sand, and then recalesced into that blob. This is a unique substance. There was a lightning strike or something that created this."

[So, it’s basically a complex fulgurite.]

2. Missing Medical Student

This next one is a bit involved. This 2nd year medical student vanished a while ago right after he’d been with people at a bar… he went back downstairs for something, and his friends waited for him outside... but he never came back out.

"I feel like he went back downstairs to buy a pill or some kind of LSD substance, and he wound up taking it and what he took wasn’t right and he wound up freaking out and the drug sellers freaked out and he ended up dying. The drug sellers then took his body out the back door. Very sad.”

Chinese Govt and Hong Kong

Q. Hi Lynn, I'd like to know what the Chinese government is really up to in regards to the students and citizens protests in Hong Kong.  Are the protesters safe for now? Why did the CEO of Cathay Pacific resign from his job around the same time as the riots? Was he 'pushed' to do so?  Thank you Lynn for your insight into this crisis.

A.  This is a very serious situation between China and Hong Kong.  I see this as China is trying to force their will over Hong Kong, and the citizens of Hong Kong are fighting to prevent a very controlling, communist county from taking over.  Even though the initial talks are centered around passing a extradition bill, the people of Hong Kong know this is just the first step to China crossing boundaries and forcing their will, laws and control onto them.  The people of Hong Kong see how China is run and do NOT want that for themselves. 

Earl Dorr and the Lost River of Gold

Q. There is a legend of the Lost River of Gold. Legend has it that Earl Dorr found it according to the Indian's directions. Earl Dorr dynamited the entrance.

A.  Interesting story!  I do get the cave can be accessed.  I see it hidden, and it looks like it hasn't been touched or explored for years.  In fact, the terrain seems very treacherous, and there is a lot of vegetation growing around the entrance to where you wouldn't even think it was an opening to a cave or an entrance. 

Here is the caution I hear in regards to this though.  It is true that Earl Dorr stumbled upon this, and he was guided by information he bartered to obtain, but I do not see this is real gold.  It may look like told, and have properties similar to gold, but is not genuine gold.  I see that Earl did not know that, and believed he was upon something very great.

At the time Earl was very obsessed and overwhelmed by his find.  He spent a long time determining what to do with it, and how to try to extract his findings.  The real issue was finding someone to trust as this feat was too much for one man alone.  He frustration and overwhelmed mind led him to the destruction to the entrance (if he couldn't have the "gold" then no one could), and he hoped he would return one day with a better plan of attack, but never did.

In the Sky???

Q.  Hi Lynn! I found your blog 3 weeks ago and I can't stop reading! Thank you so much for all the time you put into it!

I know you're busy...but do you mind if I ask you a question about something I saw in the sky the other night around 10-ish PM? I looked up and noticed what seemed to be a bright star...however, it started moving. I kept my eyes glued on it and then it dimmed and disappeared in less than a minute. ​

I went on YouTube to see if I could find any videos on it and I found a lot of them. What exactly is it? A flare? A reflection? A jet? A satellite? A moving star? Or E.T's? If you have some free time, could you look into it? I'll attach a clip I found on YouTube of what it looked like....​

A.  (Thanks for sharing your story!).  I did look at the YouTube videos, and in tuning into your situation, I do get you saw a UFO.  It is very possible for us to communicate and "will" an encounter or citing based on intent.

Ascension Symptoms Upon Us

I'm a little late getting to this, but the message/question/answer is important for any of you going through this during the Wave X surges we are experiencing during the ascension process. 

Q.  Lynn, All my psychic friends and intuitive friends have been feeling "attacked" since Sunday. But we feel overall positive besides the seasickness, nausea and crazy dreams. Then, I read your post about 4D:

"From the 3D perspective I get that as this new layer of Earth forms, sensitive and intuitive people (which are on the higher vibrational end) will physically (fatigue, aches, mental fog) and even psychically (random images, feelings of connectedness) react. This is due to a new, higher vibrational "veil" being formed over all us. The energy surges "over load" our systems (in some ways good, and others with discomfort). For sensitive people it can be helpful to meditate and be mindful of what you eat / drink to help mitigate the fluctuations and maintain balance." 

Is this what's been happening this week? Started Sunday. Thanks!

A.  We are going through huge energy shifts.  As we approach the full moon on September 15th, and moving forward to the Fall Equinox on September 23rd, you will feel the fluctuations in energy even more.  Just be prepared, and understand that what you feel may not be "just you" but rather the shifts that are going on around you. 

I am reminded to not look at this as an "attack," but rather a reaction to the Wave X and energy fluctuations.  I realize the above question was asked a short while ago, but as we approach these changes combined with Wave X (that is constantly sending little "pushes" our way), you will feel was you thought was an "attack" again.  

Realizing this is going on can really help.  You can prepare, set some mental protection, and understand that when you feel unbalanced there is a good reason as to why.  When you do have this experience, it is really important to meditate and do things that assist you with grounding otherwise you may even feel a physical, mental and spiritual disconnect.  The goal it to keep things in balance, and always grounded with the earth.  

I am hopeful this helps to explain much of what many of you are feeling, but please leave a comment if you have any questions.

Tourette's and Complex Tics

Q.  Hi Lynn , What is behind Tourette's Syndrome?  Is there an energy value, karmic or other other type of connection here?
A.  When I focus on this, and the spiritual root behind it, I get that this syndrome goes back to a past life experience.  It isn't as much a karmatic influence, but more about a lesson that wasn't learned, and needs to be sorted out in this life. 

The degree of the lesson determines the dictates the degree of the syndrome the person experiences.  I get the fundamental lesson has to do with a certain level of self-acceptance and also the ability to live in balance and harmony.  If the lesson is mild, the syndrome may show itself as a small tic, such as occasional winking, or having a involuntary reaction to stress/anxiety.  

I also see this syndrome does have to challenge a person their entire life.  Like many lessons, once achieved, the syndrome can resolve itself (or lessen).  

Being self aware, meditating through issues, practicing self-acceptance and working on balance, can contribute to the healing needed to work past these challenges.
