So you CAN incarnate into an animal. I've read so much contradicting information about this.
James Van Praagh says this usually happens when you don't respect your human body and abuse of it (like using drugs). Do you see something like that going on?
I know one of my cats was so much more than just a cat, but I don't know if it's fair to relate it to being a human before, maybe he was just a very cool and enlightened animal, or something else that met with me in an animal body. Like there's just people and very cool people you met with in your lifetime.

Nice chat,thanks for the post!
Besos!

I have no work today :-) Everyone is still sleeping, and I'm drinking coffee and starting to listen, it feels like I'm playing hookie from school or something in a good way, but right off the bat at the beginning I have a question for Lynn or anyone. Lynn talked about Poltergeist(which scared me half to death as a youngling) and things like that on tv, does anyone else think they make movies about aliens and ghost extremely scary on purpose to train us to be frightened of such things and ultimately steer us away from exploring these things at a personal level, like a form of mind control?

We all know they use tv to program us, but when I see various different things in real life, I'm not as scared as when I think of aliens or whatever else, as I walk through a dark home at night to use the bathroom. Somehow dark corners make me see flashes of terrible things I saw in movies, and I don't think that's by accident :-)

I agree Hannon!
Personally, I was always scared to death about aliens, thinking they could take you and torture/study you. Never thought about them as energetically superior or enlightened beings than want the best for us (some of them at least) until I started reading about it years later.
The same with Poltergeist and that sort of movies, like any approach to the 'other side' would always carry some kind of disgrace.

That was a nice interview, the part where you two were talking about eating plants and meat made me think of a really interesting podcast I heard about the intelligence and consciousness of plants. From a strictly scientific stand point, they're saying that plants roots are shaped like our own neural pathways in our brains, and they contain many of the same bio-chemical neural transmitters, the difference is the medium in which the plants "brains" are in, our's are in a bunch of fat and a plant's is in soil. If anybody is interested, here is an excerpt from the intro and the link(s):

"Stephen Harrod Buhner is the author of 19 books, including Plant Intelligence and the Imaginal Realm, The Lost Language of Plants and Sacred Plant Medicine. He is the senior researcher for the Foundation for Gaian Studies and has taught for more than 30 years throughout North America and Europe."

Lol, the folks over at Red Ice have been questioning WW2 and the official Nazi story, so if you see the "racist" trolling in the youtube comments you'll know why :-)

Well done as usual Lynn, now I actually want to go to the movies for the first time in a long while to see Jupiter Rising, but I'll probably wait for it on dvd :-)

@Juli: You can incarnate as an animal before or after human incarnations. The order can be related to karma, or it can be another experience that allows you to expand. It is really between your soul and the universe to figure out your best path that will lead to expansion and growth through certain experiences.

@Hannon and Juli: Yes! They do program us to be afraid to keep us from opening up and discovering our full potential. I really had to work on this and get past it in order to open myself to the spiritual realm. Now that I have, I really have no fear. It is a difference of using the part of our mind that is programed versus what we know to be true (which really doesn't hold fear).

@ Lynn and Juli

I'm still trying to chip away at that fear(mostly unsuccessfully), but it's a powerful thing and it just pops in at (seemingly)uncontrolled times. Like they talked about in the interview, the exhaustion of it all plays a major roll too, sometimes I feel so worn that I just don't have the mental energy for it. Anyways, now that I'm talking about being worn, it's reminding me to throw you(Lynn) a big thank you! Caring for four kids is a lot of work, then add in all the other things going on around us and being so responsive to us while you do this blog is really an amazing feat, I'm VERY impressed :-)

@Hannon ~ When you have a fear thought -- what Da-da calls a "attack thought" -- immediately stop, label it as such, mentally attach a rock to it and drop it to the center of the earth. Do this every time. Soon it will become second nature. You might also, at each mealtime and before bed, create an imaginary grounding cord from your middle to the center of the earth, and then imagine a pink-orange shield of pure love surrounding your whole body. Try this and let us know what happens.

Hi Lynn ~ In regards to saying "You," (or Ewe) I thought I'd mention that in the German language there are two forms of the word You. There is Sie (used in formal settings with authority or respect given to the person you're speaking to) and there's Du (used in informal settings and considered an insult to use with anyone in authority). Interesting that the Lower form of you (Du) is the one we have been using all these years to speak to each other. (???)

Completely agree with the fear tactics in movies/tv. I wish they would break the mould and do something positive but I know that's unlikely. I'm still trying to shake the fear as well even though I'm learning more and more that they aren't what we are preached to in the movies. I still hurry and hot step it when I have to go to the loo in middle of night incase I run into such creatures that I'm not ready for haha. But it's something I need to work on too.

I've been noticing some stories coming through mainstream here and there that are almost starting to prepare us for the eventual revealing of ET life. I love the fact that people like Stephen hawking is so respected to and he isn't labeled as a kook for his view of ETs (I hope he's not anyway). We need more famous people in the frontline like him!

Thank you for the interview. I loved listening to what you had to say, Lynn, but it would have been nice if Wendy would have let you talk more!! I kept on hoping she would give you the floor and let you lose!

I've wondered about the karmic implications of people who abuse pets horribly. It would be easier to stomach the abuse if it turned out that that soul (animal) was the abuser in another life.

Great advise Da-Da. I'm going to try that :)

I've been trying to change my speech , like avoiding the phrase, "good luck" when my daughters taking a test that she's studied hard for. It's got nothing to do with luck, and it discount her efforts. Break a led doesn't work either! I'm finding so many phrases to avoid and change thanks to you!

@A S: That is interesting! After having that insight (when I discovered how the language is set up) I find myself wondering how the energy would be if we talked the Old English again...

@Blimpy: I agree. I see them slowly desensitizing us to the possibility of ETs...They are showing us the existence, but not eliminating the fear..(and I see ETs as a GOOD thing).

@Charlotte: I know- I find myself doing that too. At night we started telling our kids "I love thee." You could always wish her to have good vibes, or stay with her frequency. It is difficult, be we can do it!. :-)

Had you ever heard of the furry community? Usually they use an animal as a type of 'avatar'. Its usually an animal that they identify themselves with. The most generic ones I noticed are wolves and cats. It made me wonder if these people were sensing their past lives as some kind of 'animal'?

I often was curious about that myself. I tried doing a past life reading on myself and my finger kept pointing at the Orion system. I told myself this can't be right, but then my finger pointed at the Draco system. No matter what I did it kept pointing to those two solar systems. I freaked out and stopped.

When I was a kid I watched Fire in the Sky, inspired in the story of Travis Walton. That movie kept with me for years, because it was so believable to me, so 'true story'.
Decades later I watched a couple of interviews to Travis Walton, and everything was real, except he was never tortured like they say in the movie!
I grew up thinking: if you go to the light - you end up in a torture chamber -so never get close to the light!

Anyway,it's a very interesting story if you haven't heard of it ;)

About the animals, I've think so much about this issue being an animal advocate myself, and I had to find a bigger explanation for it because I was going crazy.
I guess there's no general rule, sometimes the abuse happens for a reason, for someone else to wake up and do something about it.
Sometimes I think it's like fire survivors say after a while you don't feel you're burning, i hope something similar happens to their pain.
The hardest part for me is thinking an abuser will end up being a cute dog, I have to force myself to see the abuser as a soul, an entity, not a cruel human being.
In some way the abuse I see everyday, specially in my country, helped me to grow and now i live with seven cats and dogs in my tiny apartment and my life is full of love and hair (specially hair).

Sorry I take that back about Stephen hawking, I thought I read once that he supported finding ET life but it was actually that he doesn't think it's a good idea. Whoops!!

@ Da-da,

I don't want to leave the impression that I'm always scared, or to much of a tough guy to get frightened but I just gave it a try on my way back from the bathroom this morning, even though I wasn't scared. I figure I'll have to train it in as a behavior, kind of like a Karate Kata for it to come out when needed, less I'll forget in the moment. I feel like using a grounded shield at times when I could be frightened will help keep out the "attack thought" or fear from occurring, but I'm going to give it a try when I eat my breakfast before work today.

Lol, this conversation reminds me of something, I had a shields of sorts go up under hypnotherapy once. I was creeped out by the therapist, he was speaking for energy to come up and around me starting at the feet, but I instinctively counter acted it, and cleared away the fog he was trying to get me to fall back into, just as it started to form. The funny part is, the shielding energy took the shape of metal Voltron/Robotech stylized armor, which goes to show just how deep television programming goes into our psyche :-)

I do have to say I left the hypnotherapist feeling like a million bucks, but not achieving my goal, or even remotely in his programming.

This importance on words bringing us down. Isn't it more about the intent of the person saying the words than the actual words themselves?

@Diane: Words are important, but the intent behind them is even more important..
