Death and the Light

I have had a lot of questions come in to me centered around the idea of "Death" and "The Light" that people have said to have seen when they left their body...

Q.  What happens when we die?
A.  At the moment we die, I see our soul lifts up and disconnects from our physical body.  It can feel gradual, or like jerk (much like how it feels when you fall in your sleep, but in reverse).  I get that feeling in my stomach, almost similar to falling.  You involuntarily float upward, and when you gain some orientation (it takes a few moments to completely release from the residual rational / conscious thoughts, and confined feeling / limitations of your physical body) and realize that you can stretch out (I see someone expanding their arms, and their arms are ten feel long each - I feel this is some kind of symbolism).  Once you gain your orientation, and things feel clear, you can chose to go to the light (which feels almost hypnotic) or look away and go somewhere else.

Q.  What is the light?
A.  The light is the universal consciousness that we are all tethered to, that once tapped into can create connections to other people or bigger, universal ideas.   I see when you die this "tether" tries to pull you in like a bungee cord.  I get that once you enter the light, you can't go back.  At that moment your soul is absorbed into the universal consciousness, the process of reprogramming it for the next life begins.  Residual things, karma, and deep subconscious memories may hide, but on the surface you start fresh for your next incarnation.  Then I hear that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it can be recycled.

Q.  Who do we see (family, friends, pets?) as enticement to go to the light?  What is that all about?
A. The Universal Consciousness wants to absorb you and start a new incarnation.  It (because it is the universal consciousness) knows what you need to see to make that journey more enticing, and less intimidating.  It has a feel of a trap that doesn't cause harm, but holds your back from reaching your potential.  I get that the longer you roam, you soul develops more and has a better understanding of universal laws and allows your subconscious to expand.  When you jump back in right away you are robbing yourself from the experience of stretching your subconscious.  Then I get a flash back to someone watching the credits at the end of the movie- some people leave the theater right away, but those that stay see a funny outtake at the conclusion of the credits- I get not to be too quick to jump right to the light.

Q.  If we chose not to go to the light, what happens?
A.  You can do whatever and go almost wherever you want.  You can travel the earth (and beyond).  Gain insight without your conscious, rational mind giving judgement.  I get that many people visit places of significance.  You can see relatives, serve as a guide... Really the options are limitless. You make your place.

Q.  Will we be given a chance to go to the light later?
A. I get that sometimes spirits stay so long on earth, and roam so far from the light, they lose track of it or even forget it is there.  In other cases, there is business left undone, and a spirit may roam to see something through before it is willing to go on.  In these cases (and I get there are many other circumstances too in which a spirit chooses to stay), the spirit needs closure or "permission" to move on.  They need coaxed or told to go to the light.  Many will abide, and a few may chose to stay, but the light will always be there and be an option if and when they chose to move on.

Q.  How do we reach an enlightened state if we are wiped clean at each incarnation?
A.  It is very difficult to reach this level.  I see in every incarnation we start blank, but progress faster and faster.  If in this life you were 30 before you opened up, in the next you may be 25.  It gets easier, and the length of time takes less.

Why is that?  I get it is because when you reach a level of knowing, you can't undo what you know.  A person's mind can't handle this all at once.  Our density level, and rate of vibration can not handle an all over amount of enlightenment- but we can handle is slowly, by experiencing different life events and obstacles along the way.  You have to earn it thought several incarnations and lessons rather than have it be given to you.  It is possible, it is just long, tedious, and requires many life experiences.

And that was all I had for this reading.  Thank you.  Narrated reading on YouTube.

Hi Lyn, what is your view on "The book of the dead" in Egypt?? Similar to your reading??

siketa said...

Lynn, while being in the Light and waiting for our next incarnation, do we live an afterlife similar to this one? Are there phases of reviewing, teaching and exploring involved? What do we do in the meanwhile?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@Baku: I have never read this, but maybe I should. I'm sorry I don't really have a comparison.

@siketa: I see once you are in the light you are kind of in a trance. You are immediately wiped. If you chose to stay, you can do what ever you like. Once you chose to walk into it, you are locked in.

A Man Called Da-da said...

Lynn, can you expand on, "arms are ten feel long each - I feel this is some kind of symbolism"? Symbol of... what? We're really spirit orangutans? ;)

A Man Called Da-da said...

Actually, you're not exactly "brain-wiped" when you go into the light; instead, you *return* the mind you borrowed from God, like a library book. Mind belongs to God, kinda like a computer. You check out another mind at the next juncture, depending on the requirement for that incarnation.

AKKL said...

Do you have any interactions with other spirits if you choose not to go into the light? What happens when you've lived all the lives you need to live in order to learn all that you need to know?

Amanda Nicolich said...

When we are 'wiped' does this mean we forget or wont see family members/pets? If a family memmber/pet is extremely important in your lifetime will you remember them and seek their souls out/or will they find you??

siketa said...

Lynn, you said that we often wait for our soul mates to join us in the next incarnation. Is there any activity in the Light? Is it only white light or are there any buildings, nature, other souls that we interact with? Things people describe in Near Death Experience situations...

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@A Man Called Dada: I saw it as a symbolism for being able to expand and stretch further than what you can when trapped in our physical body. It was this over exaggerated feeling to show how freeing the feeling was. There was a liberating, freeing feeling.

I also like your analogy of the library book- I saw it as the same mind being reset.

AKKL: You do interact with other spirits- you sort of see everything. Once you learn everything I can't get a clear understanding, but it looks like you (once you go to the light) have this purple glow about your soul, and it implodes upon itself and splits into two or more souls. (I think the details of this are beyond what I am able to understand). I see it as a constant cycling..

@Amanda: If someone is important to you, and you have a soul connection, you don't seek them, but rather you just connect by some synchronicity. It is almost like fate will put that soul in your life path. You will know them, but not know how.. They will be familiar and feel comfortable (like you are drawn to them).

@sikea: I only see an intense white light, and it feels safe and full of love, connectedness and belonging... I can't see any buildings or nature (they may be there but maybe I just can't see it?). I get time is very abstract... A souls staying for 30 years waiting may feel like 10 minutes to us- the relative comparison is totally off.

Dear PF, my question is where do we see that light after death? I mean when we die we see of all worldly things, then where in location do we find the light?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@a2k: I see you are pulled up to it and it is an effort to turn away because there is a mesmerizing effect to it. Once you turn away, the world opens up (it is like a trance that is broken).

Hi Lynn, All of this reminds of John Lears talk about the moon and the soul catcher. In a nutshell there is a light that draws you in and then the aliens feed off of your energy or your memories, you get your memories wiped and you go back to earth to do it all over again. Kind of like a slave planet, until you wise up and stop going to the light when you die.

Do you see anything about the light being a trap?

siketa said...

But if we decide to stay near Earth and the life we know it, what is the purpose of this decision? To hang out, travel and look over our family? How can we evolve then spiritually? This sounds like we should become one of those haunting spirits....

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@Charlie: I did feel it was a trap because you can't go back once you start to accept it and move forward. I think I even mentioned it. It didn't feel fearful, but it did feel like a trap of sorts.

@siketa: You are a roaming spirit, but you can also expand your subconscious. You become more knowing and your subconscious expands. You can always go to the light if you chose to wait- but during the waiting you can offer guidance (such as a spirit guide) to those you love, share positive energy and guide other spirits. It really is up to you.

Hi Lynn,

I am faifhtful follower of your blog.

I don't know if you are familiarized with the literature of Carlos Castaneda.

In my view he was taught to keep his mind, experiences and thojghts in the after life. If so, what was the purpose? To save incarnations?

Was the content of his books real?
Did he really pass away because of a cancer.

If you like his books it would be great to do a focus sessions about this interesting person.

Thanks.

Question, is it in God's plan to have us reincarnate or is it just another manipulation of these alien entities? Are some angels(those high vibrating spirit beings) working along side these physical bad alien entities? Thank you as always for your time.

siketa said...

Ah...it is more clear now.
Thanks, Lynn! :)

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@Garcia: I have not heard of or read his literature. It does sound interesting though. I will add this to my rough drafts for a more official reading of him.

@They Live: When I focused on this, it didn't come through to me as God influencing this, but rather a powerful alien species that wants to keep us as prisoners here- repeating our life over and over. The aliens that are here to protect us are helping to aid in our spiritual development to get us out of this trap. The ones that want to keep us here would ultimately like to come to earth and control earth and have us as their slaves (why they need us here)- they try to prevent our growth. High vibration "angels" and protective ETs are trying very hard to prevent that from happening. Stay focused on the positive energy and highest vibrations.

Chatty Cathy said...

@Lynn - The ETs that want to come to earth and make us their slaves...what kinds of slaves? As spiritually and technically advanced as they are, what could they possibly need from our physical labor?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@Chatty Cathy: I see it like we do their work for them- handle issues, so their deeds, extract resources. In a way there is a class system, and the feeling is that we do the work, and they get the benefit. Resource-wise, earth is very unique and rich and I get the as humans we don't see it because we don't know or understand anything different. Many planets and moons are like wastelands that cannot hold life, or possess very little in the way of resources- we live in a very blessed place. If humans could flip they way we think and spiritually open up I feel like we could take this planet back. The negative influences seem so great (judgement, fear, competition, etc) that we can't let go of those things that divide us in order for us to unite.

siketa said...

Ok, so why should we ever wanted to enter the Light if it is a trap? Is it necessary to go in? What is the alternative?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@siketa: Stay and expand through experience in the spiritual form. It really is your choice.

siketa said...

Lynn, so in spiritual form there are no limits? We can go to other places, like planets, solar systems? Is time travel possible? Can we go back to the ancient times and move forward, to the future?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@siketa: I see that when we are in spirit we can see anything and go anywhere (within the universal laws).

siketa said...

Wow! So eventually I will get most answers to my questions... :)
Thanks again for your time and hard work, Lynn!
Sometimes it looks to me that we were meant to find your blog and maybe, evolve this way! :)
Is this your mission in this life....to help others to find answers they are looking for?

Lisa said...

Wow, I have to think about The Wingmakers and the Neruda interviews, when reading this with the alien, the white light, the trap.

I think that also Stewart Swerdlow warned before the white light, not to go to it.
And "The Key" by Whitley Strieber...

When spirits are unhappily stuck to point of haunting people and someone comes to move them on, where are they moving on to? A higher vibration or as they say "to the light". This is really the first time I've heard to NOT go to the light. I personally can't imagine disappearing into the abyss of "the light". I'm confused.

Unknown said...

Also the first time i have heard to NOT go to the light. I am only just starting to listen to my instincts and something about this is not sitting right with me. Just a thought that maybe i am still less contaminated by the higher energies because i don't think all have our best and highest good in mind. Anyway for me, i need to confirm this as it feels that NOT going to the light may be the TRAP. Lynn, can you maybe connect to other sources to confirm this.

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@Diane: I get the message that energy is not created or destroyed.. If I spirit is moved on (by smudging, intent, etc..) it can go elsewhere in the universe, OR to the light. Then I get to some spirits they are "done" with being a spirit and are ready to move on and incarnate back into a physical body (the want the physical interactions or are ready to learn lessons that can only be experienced in a physical body) and gladly go to the light.

@Malin: I don't get that NOT going to the light is a trap because the light is always there. It isn't like the light is blocked if you chose to hold off going to it. It is still an option even if you wait. The biggest thing to keep in mind is do what is right for you and resonates as being your greater good.

Unknown said...

Great. I felt i needed to test this and your response seems to resonate well with me.

siketa said...

Lynn, what do you get on this interview?
Is it fake or true?

Why is it these aliens want us recycled yet want to kill us or make us sick through war, and poisoning our food air and water, aka depopulation. Is it the same aliens wanting us to die so there are fewer of us to better control but we're going to come back anyway so what's the point?

a2k said...

dear PF, somewhere I read that theory of Karma as applicable to worlds of 3rd Dimension, was some sort of compromise/deal by benevolent aliens/gods with dark-beings who captured the universe in this matter-dimension i.e. 3-Dimension and captured souls like us.They made us to re-incarnate again and again. The only thing gods then could have done to have justice to us was to frame this law of karma i.e. those who will do bad deeds here on earth will have to pay back by leading miserable life while those who do good will be awarded with better life.I even heard that some prominent god figure dislike this law of karma as it was observed that without full consciousness of the being, being was more likely to commit crime/sin and be trapped in endless loop of re-incarnation to pay off karmic-debt. Do you believe in this?

Chatty Cathy said...

@Diane and @Malin - I was pondering your questions about not going into the light and it reminded me of what my mother told me she experienced after she was in a serious car accident after which she was in critical condition. She said she remembers coming to consciousness while the EMTs were attending to her as she lie on her back beside the totaled car. She said she looked up and saw her father, who was long deceased, standing behind the EMTs watching on. She said he was wearing his gas station uniform, as he worked as a gas station attendent in the latter years of his life. She said she saw a bright, blinding light in the distance and she felt pulled towards it, but she thought about us (her 3 children) and instead told her father, "Not now daddy, I'm not ready to go" and he and the light disappeared.

It always seemed odd to me that her father would appear wearing his work uniform. It makes me wonder if this was so that he would look familiar to her, to entice her to go into the light.

@Lynn - Your view on this really resonates as true. Thank you for clarity.

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@They Live: It is a way to make us better able to be controlled. If you spiritually evolve, you exhibit more questioning and self-reliance. If you make people sick, they are weaker and the focus is on getting better and not mind-expanding concepts... It is as if they try to keep you coming back until you incarnate into a "defeated" existence..

@a2k: This really does resonate with me.

They Live said...

It seems they, or at least a number of them are looped as well. I remember you saying the light was the Sun which is an extension of God, does that hold truth? How can a human soul directly go back to God/ source of origination? I can't thank you enough for your responses and feedback, it's greatly appreciated.

siketa said...

Please, don't forget Roswell question.

AKKL said...

This sounds starkly different than what Sylvia Brown describes. Is what she says a fabrication?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@They Live: The light is so bright it looks like the sun, but I can't confirm it is the sun. The light is our universal consciousness, and it is where our souls were created/processed/etc.. We are accepted back into it, because that is our source. It is like the death of one physical existence lends the opportunity for the birth of a new one.

@siketa: I pulled up this Roswell report and looked at it- I actually didn't have time to read it as it is rather lengthy, but I focused of Roswell. There was alien interaction, they did capture some and communicated with others, I feel darkness with it (almost like how the Nazi's were in Germany with regard to the Jewish community). I feel if you have read it you know if it is embellished or true (my gut is that this is a truthful document). I hear the phrase again to "Look with your eyes because the truth is in plain sight."

AKKL: To be honest I never followed Sylvia Brown, so I don't know her exact view. (If you tell me her view, I can give you my thoughts). I don't like to disagree with anyone because maybe they can see a different perspective, or get different images (in fact it is way more powerful to work together and see if you can fill in the misses pieces that you each may have.)

Hi Lynn,

Thanks for all...a question about going into the light. If you choose not to enter it but want to return to earth for a new life with your past memories, is it possible? Or can we only return or have a new life on earth with our memories swiped. If we can have our memories, we could rapidly create a new world order on higher principles suited for human kind needs.

Can we only exist on earth without our understanding of past lives.......?

Thanks!

They Live said...

If the light is the universal consciousness how is it these aliens who want us recycled are able to use it for their own wants? The universal consciousness/God is more powerful then them and created them as well.

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@susan: That is such a great question, and I really had to think about it. I can not see a way to incarnate into a physical body without having first gone through this "light." I feel like it is a punishment or promise that was made when humans were created??

@They Live: I get that they are able to do this because that have an intense understanding of the consciousness and know how to manipulate it.

siketa said...

Ok, Cassiopaeans say that the Greys are created by Lizards.
https://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,35877.0.html
That would mean they are bad guys. Lynn, how do you see them?
AFAIK, Roswell interview was made with one Grey. Should we trust his story then?

Lynn White, Focus Sessions said...

@siketa: I have never seen the greys as "bad" (I have had a lot of people say otherwise, but I don't get negativity from them- maybe it is a blockage?). I get the greys have nothing to do with the reptilians or lizards.. They evolved from something else completely. There is some type of a mammal base to them.

siketa said...

I think Cass said Greys are soulless and with no emotions. Maybe this is why you don't get anything from them. Either way, something strange is going on...

Lisa said...

I have to think about the book "The key" of Whitley Strieber.
There, the visitor tells him that the best machines/computers are machines with a soul and that in old Egypt there were able to catch souls which worked for them (but catched, these souls cant reincarnate and are prisoners as long as they are catched).
I have als to think about the newest Robocop movie... where they want a robot with a human soul inside.... horrible IMO! I think transhumanism is a dead end... but such human machines are the best slaves since they have brain and emotion capabilities as a "normal human".

"Careful observation and experimental analysis of the
mechanics of memory in IS-BEs by he and his wife, who
assisted him, led to the realization that IS-BEs can
recover from amnesia and also regain lost abilities.
Together they discovered and developed effective
methods that they used to rehabilitate their own
memories. They eventually codified their methods so
that others can safely be trained to apply them to
themselves and others, without detection by the "Old
Empire" thought control operators. "

Has anyone any knowledge about this method(s)?
